I moved to Austin in January. I've been trying to get ahold of this place for 2 1/2 MONTHS and they keep charging me. I've sent 5 Email, tried to cancel using their online system.... called and been on hold for 30+ mins numerous times.... this is ridiculous. I hate to resort to bad reviews but i dont know what else to do. They owe me over $70 at this point and i'm so irritated!!!!!!!!! A good carwash- but terrible customer service!!!!!!!!

I became a member and was happy with the service. My bike rack was never a problem and they even mentioned they turn a part off in the wash for bike racks. Sunday, we reminded them of the bike rack and reassured us it was secure to continue with the rack and stated again the part will be turned off to accommodate a bike rack. This was a first. I was taking my time pullling my car into the assembly line for a wash. Everybody knows, you get too close and your car gets bumped then you’re on your own. Was waving at the guy, smiling like ‘gimme a second for more space’. He walks up & has me roll down my window so he can threaten to ‘blacklist me’ so I won’t be able to return. No worries guy, I won’t be returning. Glad your business is doing so well you can abuse your customers.

I’ve been a member of the Magnolia location for close to 12 years! Whoever has taken this location over has partaken in some shady business practices. Our family {on three separate occasions} were told that we needed to present a debit card to the team member to “associate our account, identify us and connect our license plates to our tag as they were going away with tags.” I told them I did not feel comfortable giving them my debit card as there would be no reason they need my debit card to associate my license plate to m... read more

SCRATCH!!! the machine scratch my hood. Clearly it's from the drive thru because it's a straight line. The worst part is that Blue Wave does not what to fix the damage. Management said "we checked the tapes and that scratch was already there". I asked to see the tape and was told it was already archived. Poor customer service. My recommendation: not worth the risk
Didn't even wash my car! Bugs and dirt still on my car... was not happy at all.
