This car wash is always empty of a car line...now I know why, bad equipment, and poor management.
I brought my van in to get washed and ordered the Elite Package - Express Detail. When I brought the vehicle home, I noticed a few problems with the job that your workers did. My rims on the van were barely scrubbed and full of gunk. The areas where the spokes go in looks like they were barely touched.
