It’s a great service when you have that extra touch of towels, and cleaning spray but to also add the pressured air that’s awesome! As soon as I found the mailer saying the car wash was open I signed up for the family package. It was a no brainer! As long as they keep the cost as is, and provide the extras I’ll stay. But I dropped Mister as soon as I signed up with Zoom.
I called ahead to ask if I could use their vacuums to clean up my interior. I was pleasantly surprised to learn I could do so for free. The attendant even gave me an air freshener and a list of their services/specials. I appreciate the hospitality and the opportunity to use their facilities. I’ll definitely be back!
It's not a bad car wash just tight turn to get in with a truck. I have a 2006 gmc sierra 1500 extended cab with tow mirrors and 6.5" lift with 35x12.50r18 tires that stick out slightly past the fender same amount a dully does which they have a sign out front that said dully friendly idk if it's still there or not on the side of 17/92. All that being said I know my truck is on the larger side so I'm not mad but I paid for the platinum wash and the car wash stopped 3 times as I went through plus didn't do very good because it ... read more
When I signed up for my VIP membership I was assured my 3/4 ton truck wouldn't be an issue. My side mirror was crushed and scratched while in the auto wash. I filed a claim. Will update if ownership steps up.
We as a family make many trips to the Orlando area as my best friend/daughters God Parents live there. We recently made a trip this past weekend and of course the drive from Fort Myers to Orlando can be along one. Saturday morning before going to Universal Studios we stopped at Zoom Express Car Wash to get the exterior cleaned and man am I glad we did. Jackson and his crew sure are top notch.
