My second time here and what a wonderful experience! The entire staff here is professional, friendly and helpful. I had such a wonderful experience here which led me to sign up for their monthly washes. I definitely recommend!

Ellinna was great! I had a question and she answered knowledgeably, and politely. It is currently winter time, and it’s ice cold out here. It feels like below zero degrees, and she’s still outside, and super positive. I will definitely keep my vehicle on the plan and honestly I am thinking about the family package now! Thank you!

I forgot to update my license plate, but luckily Noah and his manager managed to help me quickly sort it out. They both had positive attitudes and were eager to help despite the 10° wind chill outside. Thank you for being patient and helping me out!

My go-to when I need a quick wash. I'm here almost daily because the employees keep it clean and it's in a safe neighborhood. I pass a couple of carwashes to get to this one. I've had a membership at WashU on Cicero for years but this one is closer to my house, so I don't go to that one much. I pulled up to the gate and a employee (Nadia?) greeted me and gave me a air freshener. I asked her was she new? She said yea. I knew because I know everyone that works there face now.

Nina was super sweet and friendly, there was a long line of cars but she still took her time to explain each and every wash and how the process of the wash worked. Victor and Noah also did a great job at making sure that I was okay. As someone who has severe claustrophobia and an insanely dirty car, it was nice to see that this team cared. Shout out to the three of them for bearing the cold and going above and beyond.
