Ellinna was great! I had a question and she answered knowledgeably, and politely. It is currently winter time, and it’s ice cold out here. It feels like below zero degrees, and she’s still outside, and super positive. I will definitely keep my vehicle on the plan and honestly I am thinking about the family package now! Thank you!
I don’t usually write reviews, but I felt like I had to for this one. It was my first time visiting WashU. I usually just go to gas station car washes, but I decided to give this place a try. Kevin was super friendly and took the time to explain all the different wash options. Great experience overall! I’d definitely get a membership if I wasn’t from out of state.
My go-to when I need a quick wash. I'm here almost daily because the employees keep it clean and it's in a safe neighborhood. I pass a couple of carwashes to get to this one. I've had a membership at WashU on Cicero for years but this one is closer to my house, so I don't go to that one much. I pulled up to the gate and a employee (Nadia?) greeted me and gave me a air freshener. I asked her was she new? She said yea. I knew because I know everyone that works there face now.
I've been a member here for years. Of any automated car wash I've ever used, WashU has always raised the bar. This facility is always spotless clean, well organized, and can move a line without the inevitable anxiety of feeling like you'll be "cut off" during busy times. There are free vacuums that have access on both sides of your car. Complimentary towels and glass cleaner are available for additional drying and cleaning if you wish to go a little further. The whole car wash experience was remarkably quick and efficient. The vacuum area itself was very clean, and I really appreciated the complimentary towels and window cleaner WashU provided. Additionally, Kevin was very helpful and patiently guided us through the various membership options available.
