On July 14, 2025, at 7:44 PM, I went through UWash Niles with a clean, undamaged car. Immediately after the wash, I noticed several scratches that were not there before (see attached photos). I reported the damage right away, expecting at least an investigation. Instead, the staff denied any responsibility without offering a proper inspection or resolution. Have been coming to wash my car for over 10 years at this location. The bays are always clean, the tools are always functioning and the staff is very helpful. I’ve used the touchless wash but have mainly used the manual option, both are great options. I drive over 5 miles to come to this specific location. Would highly recommend.

Did the protect service for 20$ and it didn't do the job. Overpriced. Why do you need staff when you can order the car wash from a drive thru kiosk. They would assist you and ask for tips. I'm not coming back here.

Very well taken care of. Very polite and caring staff. A truly great value for the service. The heat drying work wonders in the cold months and bacuse of this it allows me to wash year round. All the salt and road debre helps keeps my car clean and more importantanty rust free. My 2016 VW Passat look great underneath with no rust and deterioration.

Didn’t like it. First time was the same, I wanted to give a second chance and try another location. The same result. You will need to wash your car again after using “WashU car wash”
