NEVER USE THIS CAR WASH!!! My car rental is due back today. Had the car for 2 weeks so it's been slammed with salt. Thought I'd do a courtesy wash before returning the car. Instead it ended in a NIGHTMARE! Talked to staff and they didn't know what to do. Best solution for them was, "let me get your information and I'll have my manager call you later". Apparently no manager or anybody to talk to on site! @WashU Car Wash... I really pray you have a solution to this!
It was extremely busy today. My car didn't get full cleaning. It missed some spots. Can't remember the last time I was here. But it didn't leave unclean spots.
On July 14, 2025, at 7:44 PM, I went through UWash Niles with a clean, undamaged car. Immediately after the wash, I noticed several scratches that were not there before (see attached photos). I reported the damage right away, expecting at least an investigation. Instead, the staff denied any responsibility without offering a proper inspection or resolution. Have been coming to wash my car for over 10 years at this location. The bays are always clean, the tools are always functioning and the staff is very helpful. I’ve used the touchless wash but have mainly used the manual option, both are great options. I drive over 5 miles to come to this specific location. Would highly recommend.
Great car wash, great customer service. Andrew the manager is always there and answering my questions and concerns. Every time I report something to him in regards to something not working or something broken he gets right on it. Over all great experience and reason I canceled my other car wash membership to come here and join here.
