On July 14, 2025, at 7:44 PM, I went through UWash Niles with a clean, undamaged car. Immediately after the wash, I noticed several scratches that were not there before (see attached photos). I reported the damage right away, expecting at least an investigation. Instead, the staff denied any responsibility without offering a proper inspection or resolution. Have been coming to wash my car for over 10 years at this location. The bays are always clean, the tools are always functioning and the staff is very helpful. I’ve used the touchless wash but have mainly used the manual option, both are great options. I drive over 5 miles to come to this specific location. Would highly recommend.

Didn’t like it. First time was the same, I wanted to give a second chance and try another location. The same result. You will need to wash your car again after using “WashU car wash”

Convenient location, great prices for single wash and a monthly pass. I appreciate that the cleaning supplies (window cleaner and towels) are always fully stocked. The staff is friendly and very helpful, I had a question about their window cleaner and the manager addressed it immediately and professionally.

I tried to WashU for the second time and once again it sucks. They no longer accept Cash and the sprayer wands never work right. It was pathetic trying to rinse off my car. It always takes forever to flush out the soap and then there’s no pressure. It like sprinkles water. The old owners and car wash (Before remodel) was much better. Never had any issues. I recommend the car wash near Dempster and Harlem. It’s always maintained and everything works.
