Not seen are the dents on my hood and door or the damage to my wheels. The mechanism for the wipers was ripped off of its mounts and the wiring is completely exposed.Windshield is also cracked. U wash has already refused to accept responsibility. Two separate employees helped me purchase the wash without once mentioning there is a potential for damage. Excellent wash experience. My truck came out looking beautiful. Amazing customer service by Eric. Complementary high power vacuum and pressurized air hoses to vacuum and blow away any water droplets. Dry off towels and glass cleaner also provided. This will be my new go to place. Very happy with my car wash experience.
Today the wash was great. The team member named Eric standing out there at pay stations was fantastic. He told me every single thing about the single washes and the monthly washes he convinced me to get a Membership but I did have cash only but next time when I go there, I’m really gonna get the membership because he convinced me he really told me about the washes five stars. Best wash in town from me.
I had an amazing experience at the car wash thanks to Eric! He was incredibly professional, friendly, You can tell he takes real pride in his work It’s rare to find someone who goes above and beyond like that these days. I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending this place to everyone I know. Thanks again, Eric!
