I recently had the pleasure of visiting WashU Car Wash in Nevada, and I have to say, Salvador truly stands out as an exceptional team member! From the moment I arrived, Salvador greeted me with a friendly smile and made sure I felt welcomed. I highly recommend WashU Car Wash, especially if Salvador is working. His excellent customer service and dedication to his work make him a standout. I'll definitely be returning!
We're excited to try the new car wash near our house but was a bit disappointed and confused at the end. The rate was a bit pricey but the wash was good, didn't have to wipe down too much. I noticed it left a few scratches on the car though which was weird because I've never had this experience before. Also one of the vacuums in the spot we parked didn't work but the odd part was the attendant was there beside us with a ladder, waited for us to finish but didn't even bother to attach the loose hose.
I was passing by and figured I could use a wash on my car, but I was more than happy with the customer service. Most places try and give you a run around with prices or get you to buy something, or they’re just not attentive, but Paolo was down to earth and made sure to keep it short and sweet, and got us out in less than 15 with a sparkle that’s neat. Definitely recommend coming back, good service and quality.
First time here and I loved it, they have towels and glass cleaner for cleaning cars. My car is really nice and better than others car washing places I have been.
This car wash was a very great experience for me, as a tourist in Vegas. I’ve had a really dirty ford expedition from the road trip, luckily when I arrived to WashU Car Wash I was greeted and assisted by a young girl by the name of Yesenia. She guided me through the car wash and gave a reasonable price! After the wash she assisted me to the vacuum cleaners and reassured me that if I come back she’ll be there to help! If you’re in Henderson area I highly recommend this car wash, the whole service and experience was fantastic!
