I’ve been to many automatic car washes in Vegas over the years, but this is the first time I’ve gotten scratches from it. I know the risks of using these type of car washes but decided to try WashU. Never going back after this incident.
I recently had the pleasure of visiting WashU Car Wash in Nevada, and I have to say, Salvador truly stands out as an exceptional team member! From the moment I arrived, Salvador greeted me with a friendly smile and made sure I felt welcomed. I highly recommend WashU Car Wash, especially if Salvador is working. His excellent customer service and dedication to his work make him a standout. I'll definitely be returning!
We're excited to try the new car wash near our house but was a bit disappointed and confused at the end. The rate was a bit pricey but the wash was good, didn't have to wipe down too much. I noticed it left a few scratches on the car though which was weird because I've never had this experience before. Also one of the vacuums in the spot we parked didn't work but the odd part was the attendant was there beside us with a ladder, waited for us to finish but didn't even bother to attach the loose hose.
I was passing by and figured I could use a wash on my car, but I was more than happy with the customer service. Most places try and give you a run around with prices or get you to buy something, or they’re just not attentive, but Paolo was down to earth and made sure to keep it short and sweet, and got us out in less than 15 with a sparkle that’s neat. Definitely recommend coming back, good service and quality.
Came through this morning for bird poop on the side of my vehicle paid 13.00. Guy told me if it didn’t get it all off he would send it through again. When going through they didn’t turn on one of the brushes and the dryer wasn’t even on. I tried to let them know and I even sat at the gate and door and they never responded. I just will go else where like LUV car wash where customer service is way better.This was my second time coming here I won’t invest any more with them.
