AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Don't let the long line of vehicles fool you, this place is terrible. Very deep scratches on the exterior of my passenger window after using their wash. As well, tire shine does not work and was only told after the fact. Customer service is pretty much non existent. UPDATE 5/28/25: Reached out to their help desk and provided photos of damage, claim denied due to vehicle being older than 5 years. Be careful with this car wash! After using it, my car was left with scratches all over the body – hood, side panels, and mirrors. It’s clear that the equipment damages the paint. If you care about your vehicle’s appearance, it’s better to choose a hand wash or a trusted service. Disappointed with the quality, I won’t be coming back and do not recommend it!

Always a good, fast water, saving car wash. The attendants are very, VERY helpful. I was having some issue with tap to pay Where I was charged accidentally four times, But I was aware of that possibility because of the issues I was having. After my car wash, I noticed that all the payments had posted to my account so I went inside to get some help and Kyle was very helpful, quick, and efficient about getting me a refund. I've been a customer since they've opened. Ellinna Connell, by far, has the best work ethics. She's always willing to help with a smile on her face. She's always doing something, never just standing around on her phone. She should be recognized for the great customer services she provides!

Have been a member for a while now and was happy with the service here until recently. Noticed a few scratches after a wash but didn’t think much of it. After another wash noticed a large set of scratches immediately after. Had to have come from here. Will have to be ending my membership.
