After my recent car wash, the silver trim piece near the windshield (cowl molding) came off and went missing. It was completely fine before the wash. This kind of damage shouldn’t happen during a regular wash. I’m really disappointed with the carelessness and wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. Please handle customers’ cars more carefully in the future.
Great people that do a wonderful job. If there is a problem, they will fix it. One day I did not get wax on one side of my car for the tires. They came out and did it by hand. These kids are all polite and hard-working.
This was my first time at the car wash. Overall, the experience was good. The young man standing outside helping me decide on the wash I wanted, his name was Seth. He was very very nice, friendly, and helpful. As for the mechanical wash itself, it was okay. To be honest, I probably wouldn't go back because of how it left streak marks on my trunk around the license plate area. We actually have 2 of their monthly wash packages. we can go once a day whenever we want or go back the second time if the first time doesn’t get it clean enough. We love the vacuum area they now have. moisten rags that you can wipe your interior of your doors off with. But it seems they still haven’t dealt with the fact that the backs of people‘s cars both of ours want a sedan and one an SUV do not get completely cleaned. I rarely write negative reviews, but this is one where I had to say something. Worst $20 I've ever spent on a car wash. Car was far from clean, running boards and rear part of car looked like they hadn't been touched. The worst was the tire shine. There was more on the sides of the car than the tires. It looked like grease, and cleaned off like grease. Spent 30mins cleaning the stuff off when I got home, and then applied armor-all to the tires myself. :(
