I’ve been here three times now. The exterior of the car is washed perfectly, love how clean it is BUT when it comes to the interior detailing…. It’s ok. I guess it depends on how much you pay? it kids of feels like some spaces are left out or there is a time constraint….customer service is very nice.
If the sweet gal at the pay station had told me the vacuums were not working, I would have found a different carwash today. This was a disservice. I paid for the carwash, intending to also vacuum out the car.
Great wash and dry. I also like that they don’t have that narrow wheel track that may scratch your wheels but rather a belt that you drive on. I was also was surprised how fast the line moves. Highly recommended
I would like to adress to the director of this company ,i got a brand new audi A5 bought in today for car wash got the most premium wash ,was very happy with my purchase and while coming out the car was too close in my back and bumped me from the back and scratch my car, i have adressed it to the manager,she took my information and she told me she will get back to me tomorrow and filed a complaint.but honestly this is really disturbing why do you allow any car to be that close there has to be a distance were it maintains dis... read more
I’ve washed my car here for years. Never once have had an issue until recently. I choose not to have my tires glossed on my monthly subscription. It’s notated on account “don’t tire shine”! 50 % the time they turn on automatically when I don’t want it and I complain every time. This time it scratched 3 panels. Carlos is challenging that the company didn’t do it. I even said I only want one replaced and I’ll buff the others. Now I’m going for 3 panels. Look under your doors people.
