Can’t say WashU ever disappoints! This is such a go-to spot for me when coming off the trails and need some help washing off the jeep. Facility operates very smoothly and customer service is great! It is a clean establishment as well leaves my vehicle looking brand new! Always a pleasure!

2 weeks ago I noticed 2 new parallel scratches on my car, same spot both sides. I filed an incident report with a staff member who said the manager would be in touch. I’ve left multiple voicemails and emails asking them to review the footage and they will not respond. At this point, I’m just hopeful this review will get them to look into this for me.
i’ve been sitting on a gift card for years since the last two times i’ve been - they have “electric” issues & im sitting in the line for 30+ min before getting washed. cars at complete stand still. this car wash cannot handle high capacity. Avoid if you can!
I tried going to a car wash in Naperville but the vacuums were down, so I headed to WashU and had never been. I was pleasantly surprised that the car wash was affordable, effective, and that there were many employees working that were attentive. I LOVED that WashU offered free vacuums, clean microfiber cloths, canopies overhead to keep the sun away, and window spray, which is something I haven’t ever seen before in a car wash near here.
