Be careful with this car wash! After using it, my car was left with scratches all over the body – hood, side panels, and mirrors. It’s clear that the equipment damages the paint. If you care about your vehicle’s appearance, it’s better to choose a hand wash or a trusted service. Disappointed with the quality, I won’t be coming back and do not recommend it!
It pains me to write this, as I've been a loyal customer for years. However, my recent experiences have been nothing short of abysmal, and I can no longer recommend this place. What was once a convenient and reliable car wash has devolved into a frustrating and overpriced disappointment. The decline in customer service is the most glaring issue. Have been a member for a while now and was happy with the service here until recently. Noticed a few scratches after a wash but didn’t think much of it. After another wash noticed a large set of scratches immediately after. Had to have come from here. Will have to be ending my membership.
Can’t say WashU ever disappoints! This is such a go-to spot for me when coming off the trails and need some help washing off the jeep. Facility operates very smoothly and customer service is great! It is a clean establishment as well leaves my vehicle looking brand new! Always a pleasure!
Being going here for years, since they opened. Car washes are good quality and fair priced. Noticed that within the last several months the suction on their vacuums has dropped significantly. They barely pickup dirt crumbs. Good luck on getting stuff out of carpet. Hope they fix this. 4-26: Update — very happy with the suction on the vacuums this morning.
