This place is terrible they double charged me one month than I canceled *** still charged me after for even more than what my subscription was. I reached out and they did not get back to me until 3 days later. They would not refund my money and the representative was disrespectful and rude. She refused to let me speak with a supervisor. I would not recommend them to a person if they were in fire! I advised all 9 of my family members and friends to cancel their business with them as well. I was disappointed with my experience regarding a recent billing issue. My membership had been placed on pause, and when it automatically resumed, I was charged for several months of service that I did not ****** soon as I became aware of the charges, I contacted customer service and requested a refund.
