Elinna is hands down one of the best people at the car wash in Plainfield. She’s always friendly, professional, and makes sure every car is cleaned thoroughly and correctly. We have gone to Wash U many times as it is conveniently located to us. For the most part, our vehicle comes out clean, maybe not as good as we would get hand-washing it, but good for the few minutes it takes to go through the wash. I would like to comment on customer service though. There is almost always an attendant by the wash selection kiosk, ready and waiting if you need assistance. I always appreciate that. After my recent car wash, the silver trim piece near the windshield (cowl molding) came off and went missing. It was completely fine before the wash. This kind of damage shouldn’t happen during a regular wash. I’m really disappointed with the carelessness and wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. Please handle customers’ cars more carefully in the future.
Very disappointed with this car wash. I paid for a full wash, but my car still came out with lots of dirty spots all over it. The front bumper was only partially cleaned and still looked dirty in several areas. For the price they charge, the quality is unacceptable. Definitely not coming back and wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.
Mike was amazing. I needed to make some changes to my account and he explained everything to me and made the changes immediately. Highly recommend this car wash. I have been a member since they opened. I wish they had more locations for when I am in other areas that I could take advantage of as well. I am a Realtor and wash my car regularly. Great value!!!
