2 weeks ago I noticed 2 new parallel scratches on my car, same spot both sides. I filed an incident report with a staff member who said the manager would be in touch. I’ve left multiple voicemails and emails asking them to review the footage and they will not respond. At this point, I’m just hopeful this review will get them to look into this for me.
I tried going to a car wash in Naperville but the vacuums were down, so I headed to WashU and had never been. I was pleasantly surprised that the car wash was affordable, effective, and that there were many employees working that were attentive. I LOVED that WashU offered free vacuums, clean microfiber cloths, canopies overhead to keep the sun away, and window spray, which is something I haven’t ever seen before in a car wash near here. Good car wash there is a new girl that never sprays your car with the bug remover before you pull in. She wont respond by waiving or anything. I even opened the windows to ask if she can do it. She wouldn’t even look at me. If you dont like your job get a new one im paying for this wash i should get good service also
I’ve been here three times now. The exterior of the car is washed perfectly, love how clean it is BUT when it comes to the interior detailing…. It’s ok. I guess it depends on how much you pay? it kids of feels like some spaces are left out or there is a time constraint….customer service is very nice.
If the sweet gal at the pay station had told me the vacuums were not working, I would have found a different carwash today. This was a disservice. I paid for the carwash, intending to also vacuum out the car.
