Kevin is the go-to person when visiting WashU Car Wash! I originally stopped by because my car was in desperate need of a wash, it was literally atrocious. I just had a fantastic experience at this car wash . My car was looking pretty rough, but their service brought it back to life. What really stood out was the amazing customer service. One of the employees, KEVIN , went above and beyond to make sure i was satisfied with the wash . Staff was super friendly and welcoming. It was my first time coming here and I was assisted by Kevin Rodriguez. He was kind enough to explain all the different options that were available along with promotions that were having to make sure I had the best experience. He was attentive the entire time I was there. Outstanding customer service!
This car wash is a nice touch to the area since I live down the street. I've been going here since it opened for a quick wash and obviously the free vacuum is great. Once this wash added the window cleaners and microfiber cloths, I believe it's value to the car wash went up.
