I had the absolute worst experience with WashU Car Wash in Des Plaines. I signed up for a monthly subscription but decided to cancel. Despite visiting them 15 times, they still failed to cancel it! I kept getting charged repeatedly, which is beyond frustrating. The managers were not only unhelpful but also incredibly rude every single time. Their customer service is non-existent, and dealing with them was a nightmare. Beware, people! Avoid this place at all costs—they are horrible!
I recommend this car wash to everyone in anyone great staff great owner always says hi to you when he sees you. Staff is very knowledgeable and extremely respectful to you and your vehicle. I get this place to five stars if I was able to I’ve been here before they made the transition from speedy shine to wash, I’ve been a proud member of you wash. They are always clean. Brushes are always changed and my car comes out nice and clean. Tires are nice and shiny
it would not let me post the whole review so i had to clip it a bit This is where my problems begin, So I call him, and he gets me all cancelled I then tell him how good this worker was with handling the jerk trying to call him over like a dog and that guy should get kudos- He ignores this but oh well none of my business ( I know he ignored this because later on when I went back I asked if he said anything to him and he said nope nothing good or bad was said he didn't even know I called and gave him kudos ) This leads to ba... read more
Love that this place has window cleaners, towels and free vacuum for after car wash..and also bug prep station to clean your car of bugs and other gunk before proceeding to wash your car.. highly recommended.
I recently visited WashU on Lee St and had an amazing experience! I was helped by Anthony he was so friendly and helpful! I would definitely recommend…will be coming here again!
