I didn’t check reviews, prior but they aren’t always honest anyways, reviews that is. First car wash in years - was a treat to myself after a rough day and the sun is out… First impression - wonderful - I drive in the wrong way and am treated kindly. I patiently wait as many others were washing their cars, too - minimal wait time in line - awesome. Good car wash. Looks relatively new and wash was good. Newer auto washes for the price have stations were they have glass cleaner, other detailing sprays and microfiber towels to use for free. Overall good car wash just haven gotten more for my money at other car washes. Response to owner Thanks for the update. Maybe a sign would help so that customers are aware regarding cleaning products available but inside due to weather.
The staff here are super friendly, the car wash does a solid job, and I love that they provide fresh towels and window cleaner at the vacuum stations. Shout out to Antony, he was amazing! Since it was our first time, instead of pushing the most expensive wash, he was incredibly honest and helped us choose the option with the best value.
This place is good but my only complaint is have is that they let people in way to soon after you go in, I get it sometimes you guys have a long line but see what happened, my car got hit. I knew this would happen. They need to do better. They are lucky nothing bad happened and if it did I would have had to take action. Please give cars space.
Everytime I get my car washed here there's always a large swath of greasy residue on the entire right side of my car. Best way I can describe how it looks is when your windshield has too much saltwater during the winter. My front and rear windshields always have it to some degree. A little glass cleaner and a cloth gets it off with a little bit of effort, but it's everytime.
