Great car wash! Danny is one of the staff members that always do their best to satisfy customers. Very respectful and responsive. I had an issue with my gift card but that I just purchased not working and Danny was so quick to help me out. I’ve been coming to this UWash ever since they opened in Des Plaines, and every time I come here, Danny is always the first to greet customers and make sure that whatever they need or questions they may have are taken care of. This guy deserves a raise and employee of the month!
Just got my car washed here and I’m seriously impressed! The staff were super friendly, fast, and paid attention to every detail. My car came out sparkling clean – inside and out – and it looked like brand new! The prices were fair and the service was totally worth it. I’ll definitely be coming back. Highly recommend this place if you want your car to shine! Thank you for the great service! 🚗✨
I highly recommend this car wash. They open nice and early @ 7am. Free window washing equipment is also available along with good quality vacuums. The employees are all so nice, big thank you to Anthony specifically for going out of his way to help me. 5/5
Top of the line staff! Greg is awesome!!! Since Ive been coming to WashU Car Wash he has always been helpful and insightful. Today he went the extra mile by giving me a helpful hand and giving me some extra tips & tricks on cleaning my car and how to keep it looking good over the long haul. Car wash takes 5 minutes. And washes nice. The vacuums work good. The supplies are all the enough. Which is way great. Usually it’s busy from 4:30-5pm. On a wait line you may spend 5min, max 10 minutes. Morning at 9-9:30 no wait time at all.
