Stopped by this morning because my car was in a sorry state. I met Anthony and Greg (I think he's the manager) and they were so kind. I was waffling about which wash and they weren't pushy to get the most expensive one like some other places. Lots of vacuums that actually work and the lot isn't covered in garbage. They even have free towels and window cleaner in the vacuum area. Will definitely be back!

I’ve been going to this Des Plaines WASHU since they opened. Greg and his staff are always friendly, They greet you with a smile and are extremely helpful whether you’re signing up to be a member or just going through the line. The place is clean, the parking lot where you vacuum your car is always clean and the vacuums are very strong! The towels are a great Touch. This place is amazing! The gentleman that works there (African American) is by far the best! He takes care of us by helping remove the sap of our car to the owner buying Goo Gone to remove the sticky part of the sticker that was placed inside the car. I've never seen such great customer service like this! Thank you all!
I’ve been using the monthly subscription for about a year now and it’s a great value. The employees are polite and helpful especially Anthony. He always has a smile and is very professional. He always says hello and answers any questions I have. Wash U is convenient and fast.
