I’ve been using the monthly subscription for about a year now and it’s a great value. The employees are polite and helpful especially Anthony. He always has a smile and is very professional. He always says hello and answers any questions I have. Wash U is convenient and fast.
I had a great experience this morning at the WashU Carwash in Des Plaines thanks to Anthony. He was professional, friendly, and took the time to help me with the selection process & the payment. The level of care and attention to detail was impressive, and I left feeling like my car had received VIP treatment. Not only was the service top-notch, but Anthony also made the experience enjoyable with his positive attitude and excellent customer service. I highly recommend this car wash and appreciate the great work they do!
Today I took my car to the WashU in Des Plaines on Lee St and I was so impressed with the employee named Anthony who helped me out. Anthony throughly explained the benefits in signing up for a membership and the different car wash packages. He was so polite and professional and I even came back with my other vehicle. I will be going to this location from now on. Thank you Anthony for being so helpful!
Lines are always too long, even for members. Non-members use that line and clog it, making members wait at least 20 minutes for a wash. They also don't salt the road/exit after you leave the car wash, and I've seen people spin out—very unsafe.
I love going to this car wash! Greg is always helpful and is ready to help you. Any questions you have, he is there to guide you. He always has a smile on his face. Thank you Greg!
