Just moved here from Florida and was looking for a way to wash my car. I came to this location and had a great experience. Josh, the manager and the team went above and beyond to make sure I was happy. I got one of the memberships here and I’ll definitely be getting my moneys worth.
I had a great first experience at Wash-U, thanks to Mallory! She greeted me warmly as soon as I arrived and took the time to explain all the car wash options available, highlighting the details of each package. She also provided a clear and thorough explanation of how the monthly membership works. Her customer service skills were outstanding, and she made the entire process easy and enjoyable. Very Friendly staff. Nice place. Completely chewed up my clear coat. Do not go here with dark paint. I honestly should have known better but was in a rush and I am not from the area.
I like the whole car wash experience here as well as the attentiveness of the staff here. Darrel, Diego & Niko really know their stuff. They're patient & thorough. I liked seeing how good these people work together to try their best to help us get a good experience as well as a clean car. That tells me they have a good manager & they care about their work. Great experience at this car wash! The workers are friendly . Love the Fair prices! Easy and quick to get a wash. Very nice location. Everyone seemed excited to be at work , I was satisfied ! I will be back. 10/10 highly recommend .
