I don’t remember what her name was but the lovely store manager was kind enough to help me put my bumper back on along with another worker. She granted me 2 months free for cash washes for the hassle. I would recommend this Wash U location. I have been coming to this Wash U for 3 years now staff has always been really nice. Thank you again!
Last year my grille got power washed out along with a piece that goes under my headlight. I brought it up to the people working there and I gave a guy my information. They said they were gonna bring it up to the manager and help me out but one year later and I still haven’t heard back from them… it’s a good car wash but it’s pricier now than when I first joined when it opened. Practically doubled. And the people are nice too but I’m still upset that they never reached back out to me.
Very good car wash, the staff is always pleasant and helpful. Always willing to help with any concerns air questions. The manager is very thorough with listening to my concerns/ questions and very willing to the come up with a very fair resolution. Been coming to the Carol Stream location for the last four years.
I had purchased the buy 5 get one free basic car wash package over a month ago. I made the mistake of thinking that the washes would be added to my current card. When I got to the carwash, my card showed no more washes left. I pulled back to try to locate in my e-mails, the proof of purchase, but was unable to find it. The young man let me pull through to exit, where I parked and entered to check with the manager. Great self service options (bug wash and vacuums) and a good wash. Tire shine only shines part of the tire. The back of our SUV still has dust/pollen on it. The rest of the vehicle looks great. They have large brushes and soap available for bug removal before you pull up to the gate to pay. Vacuum stations were great. What I like best: very few water spots on vehicle after the wash compared to every other car wash I’ve used.
