Safety hazard. Be careful here if you have a nice car. Staff member submitting my claim spoke disrespectfully after the top piece of my car broke off in their wash. Told me “seems you can snap it back in” (how can I snap in something that the clips came off of and railing snapped in half makes no sense). Just moved here from Florida and was looking for a way to wash my car. I came to this location and had a great experience. Josh, the manager and the team went above and beyond to make sure I was happy. I got one of the memberships here and I’ll definitely be getting my moneys worth.
I like the whole car wash experience here as well as the attentiveness of the staff here. Darrel, Diego & Niko really know their stuff. They're patient & thorough. I liked seeing how good these people work together to try their best to help us get a good experience as well as a clean car. That tells me they have a good manager & they care about their work. Good car wash when everything is working, but that’s rarely the case these days. Just in the last couple of months, it’s been closed multiple times in the middle of a weekend for repair, but somehow things are always still broken. The high pressure sprayers barely ever are working correctly or not rotating, the top roller has been stuck up last 4 times I’ve been there, and there are never the rags for windows at the vacuums like others have noted as well. She greeted me warmly as soon as I arrived and took the time to explain all the car wash options available, highlighting the details of each package. She also provided a clear and thorough explanation of how the monthly membership works. Her customer service skills were outstanding, and she made the entire process easy and enjoyable.
