I had a great experience at WashU Car Wash. The service was fast, professional, and my car looked amazing when they were done. Jose at the Burbank location was great! He explained all the wash options and their benefits. Unfortunately, for the actual wash itself was a little disappointing. I had purchased a membership for the second tier package but it would always leave some dirt, grime or bird poop behind. Sometimes I would wash twice and my car was still dirty. Car Wash U did an amazing job on my car. The staff was friendly, professional, and made sure every detail was taken care of. My car came out looking brand new — spotless inside and out. The process was quick, the service was worth every dollar, and you can tell they really care about quality. Definitely my go-to car wash from now on. Highly recommend!
