Isaiah approached me with knowledge about the types of washes offered here at this location. He was professional, friendly, and assisted me with a wash for the day, and also offered an alternative for future savings, which I respectfully declined. I informed him that this is my first time at this location and wanted to see the service before enrolling for a membership. Best car wash around. I’ve been coming here since they’ve Been in business, the Vacuums are strong! Buy the package with the wax you will be very happy, the way your car comes out every time. Management is super friendly and very nice! Steve is Wonderful & so is Angel.
This car wash place usually pretty good. I always go there because it is the closest place to my home. But they have changed the price lately. I went there recently and they charge $10 for the basic option. ( Other place charge $5) I was surprise that there are not that many people as usual. Since I was at the gate already. I am absolutely blown away by the level of service at WashU Car Wash! Not only did the wash do a fantastic job on my car, leaving it spotless, but they also went above and beyond when they retrieved an item I had lost. I had accidentally dropped an item that got vacuumed up during the cleaning, and I honestly thought it was gone for good. Allison was amazing. She was the kiosk attendant on my visit. Not only did she make sure I was getting the best value from my visit, but she also offered to make me a member which I definitely will consider for the future!
