WARNING! STAY AWAY! After having a membership for a few years, I had an experience today that led to my cancellation. During the wash, the vehicle in front continued to hit their brakes causing the machine to stop numerous times. Turns out that there machine does not have a safety mechanism in place to prevent accidents as the driver hit the brakes during their dry cycle and my vehicle continued to advance. I’m only giving 2 stars because staff are friendly. Every time I go there my car always comes out with soap on mirrors. No matter what plan I get. I have upgrated my plans several times and it’s still the same. I noticed the machines don’t throw water on the sides of the vehicles. Which is why I always get the same results. 👎👎👎 I heard the owner is too cheap to fix this place 👎👎👎
I have to give this place an honest review so here it is I brought my car here to give it a wash so I bought the $15 option thinking it was going ti get pretty clean. It did not, it felt like they gave me the cheapest wash that they offered. And so I complained and went to talk to the worker there and gave me another wash and the same thing happened the car was not washed properly again! Juan and Amina are absolutely amazing! They were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and went above and beyond to ensure I had a great experience. They helped me choose the best wash for my vehicle, and my car looked spotless when it was done. I’ll definitely be back for the outstanding service and free vacuum station.
Very affordable. The employees were very helpful. Great customer service. Left my car super clean. Definitely recommend!
