Anthony was super helpful in helping me during my car wash visit. I had an issue at the gate and he sprinted out there to help me within seconds of me pressing the help button. Excellent customer service by this guy. Really cool car wash experience too. As my daughter says every time we leave a car wash, “ALLLLLLL CLEEEEEEEEEAN”!!!!!!
Ed was EXTREMELY helpful. He constantly walked back and forth making sure we were good while we were cleaning out our car. All of the window washing spray bottles were full and we had clean towels. Thank you so much. I will definitely be coming here regularly to get my car washed and cleaned out.
My wife and I come to this location frequently. I have noticed at the bottom of the front of my vehicle has not been getting washed properly. I expressed this to the attendant, Ed, who assured me he would check into it and offered me a free wash. I appreciate Ed’s concern and professionalism!
New car owner here.....I went to WashU, excited to get my new car washed! Not realizing had NO IDEA how to put my car in neutral. Ellinia Connell was the attendant who was so very sweet and understanding. She quicky stopped the processes and showed me how to put my car in neutral. I thanked her for her quick thinking and being so sweet! She saved my day and my car!
Ed is an employee at Wash u car wash and he was so nice and actually came to greet me and ask me if i needed any help and helped me pick the best car wash for my truck! Super nice guy! Thank you so much ED!
