Anthony was super helpful in helping me during my car wash visit. I had an issue at the gate and he sprinted out there to help me within seconds of me pressing the help button. Excellent customer service by this guy. Really cool car wash experience too. As my daughter says every time we leave a car wash, “ALLLLLLL CLEEEEEEEEEAN”!!!!!!
I have used this wash many times. Just bought a brand new jeep and went thru wash went to dry jeep off and had a dent and scratches right under passenger mirror!! They took information down and kept receipt for time stamp. Was told manage will call me next morning heard nothing. Called there and he said he has to review video next day which is today and nothing again!! I called and spoke to him again he still did not review video said it will be a few days! Great car wash for the price. I take pride in my cars and am particular in the quality of a wash if not at home doing it by hand. This wash has the roller tracks which is safer on the rims. A basic exterior wash gets a great clean and dry as well. Towels and vacuums provided as well.
Just got back after a few days of snow and my car really needed a clean. When I got there, the line was onto the street being the last day before a deep freeze enters Chicago. The 2 people working outside did an excellent job keeping the vehicles moving through the line. The wait was probably 10 minutes but without those 2 employees, it would've been 30 and many customers would have left. Kudos to those 2 employees for keeping the line moving.
Great car wash, they recently got a new general manager named Anthony and he is great! No issues solving the issue on my account fixed it really quick! Super friendly
