Edit: the owner did reach out and offered another free wash, which was much better quality. Overall changed from 2 to 4 stars. Poor quality wash. The rinse leaves tons of visible soap and dirt streaks. Go elsewhere until they fix the rinse cycle
I had a really good experience at the car wash in Naperville. It was convenient because it’s on my way to work and I like the fact that they have small spray bottles and small towels so you can clean the interior and exterior of your vehicle. They sometimes have some great deals going on as well, which I may look into purchasing one of their memberships over the summer. Great place I would definitely check it out. The staff is always so friendly and eager to help they always have a smile. They ensure you get the best experience and also will assist you in signing up for a membership Oscar saved me $40 a week In car washes I will never go to another car wash other than wash u again. The staff provided courteous and friendly service, and my vehicle is clean. While a membership was offered, time constraints prevented a thorough review; however, Washu's convenient location ensures my return. Oscar's assistance, including providing drying towels, was appreciated. Kind staff.
Terrible car wash. Zero star worthy, the price was $25, yes we had bugs on the car which didn't come off, so they sent us through a second time. The attendant told us the bug treatment has been watered down. After complaining the DM gave us a coupon for a free car wash which expired in 2 days. 😖
