Went to the one in Naperville. Car was still dirty after getting it washed. No brushes to get the extra salt off the car. The vacuum area is too small and narrow. Scared to back up because you might hit the cars trying to get a wash. Will not be returning. Glendale heights has the best one.
It was fast service, v glad the vacuum worked, it really cleaned the inside of my car, and the girl there, was v friendly and attentive. She offered me towels, brought them to me and even gave me a hanging scent deodorizer. Will definitely, come back!!
Edit: the owner did reach out and offered another free wash, which was much better quality. Overall changed from 2 to 4 stars. Poor quality wash. The rinse leaves tons of visible soap and dirt streaks. Go elsewhere until they fix the rinse cycle
Very friendly staff. The vacuums are great and sucked up a lot of stuff from my car. Express wash made my car shiny… great monthly deal if wanted.
Wash-u is a great car wash located of Ogden Ave! It is a smaller car wash but it gets the job done! Check it out for yourself and see how you like it. Everyone has a preference. Overall quick easy car wash to use!
