Poor quality wash. The rinse leaves tons of visible soap and dirt streaks. Go elsewhere until they fix the rinse cycle
Wash-u is a great car wash located of Ogden Ave! It is a smaller car wash but it gets the job done! Check it out for yourself and see how you like it. Everyone has a preference. Overall quick easy car wash to use!
Cancelled the carwash in November. They charge my credit card after 2 months without renewing it. Sent email, tried to call the Naperville number, no response. Please do not go here. Their customer service not good. Update: Jan 20 2025: I have called the number (630) 420-9375 multiple times in past week. No one picks up or calls back.
I never leave reviews, but this place scratched both side of my front doors. I paid for the “premium” wash and my suv still looked like it needed another wash afterwards. Now I’m going to have to pay to buff the scratches out
Don't go here... Not only was the quality of the wash poor (i.e., left giant streaks across the rear windshield and hood), but the wash left giant gashes in my paint. Avoid this place at all costs.
