They scratched my car!! My experience was terrible, just like others' experiences. The machinery bent my mirrors outwards. I EVEN heard thuds And just moments after the wash, the real cost of this "wash" appeared: a nasty, scratch running across the roof of my vehicle. This place doesn't clean your car; it actively damages it. 🛑WARNING: RIPPED OFF SIDE MIRROR (3 TIMES!) & DENIED A MEASLY $120 CLAIM!🛑 I am absolutely appalled by the negligence and customer service from this establishment. My mother’s brand new 2025 Toyota RAV4 has had the side mirror housing ripped off not once, not twice, but THREE SEPARATE TIMES by this car wash. I love this place! It cleaned my car well and the workers were especially friendly and helpful! They had free towels you can use and window cleaner. The workers helped clean my tires and they have a special promo where its better to get a monthly pass than 1 wash. The worker Kendell was especially helpful and asked if I needed anything. Will definitely come back!
Car wash is decent, but for the price and fancy stuff you can get, I’d think the wash would do a better job of cleaning the car. Can’t even get off fresh bird poop all the way. Also, I understand the employees are just trying to help, however, I would prefer them not come to the screen every single time I’m trying to pay for my wash, I do know what I am doing and do not like being that close face to face with others.
