Worst experience ever, after washing lot of scratches on the car and the manager saying nothing we can do about it. The rating doesn't match and seems to be artificially inflated.
I have only came here once but the one time experience was great. They have very good customer service. Will be understanding and patient with u. They have free vacuums!! I will say Ireland helped me a lot for being a first time customer. This car wash definitely gets the job done. I will 100% be going back. And i would most definitely recommend going there.
I recently came to this location and the service was excellent! I was helped by an individual named Kendell and he gave me great service, fast, and very polite! They scratched my car!! My experience was terrible, just like others' experiences. The machinery bent my mirrors outwards. I EVEN heard thuds And just moments after the wash, the real cost of this "wash" appeared: a nasty, scratch running across the roof of my vehicle. This place doesn't clean your car; it actively damages it. 98% of the 5 star reviews are fake. I have a new ram 1500 pickup truck. I enter the car wash and they start the process. 2 seconds later they stop the wash and yell at me to open the window. I opened the window and as they were telling me you have stuff in the back of your pickup they turned it on. Spraying my entire interior and face with soap.
