Excellent people working here! They were very friendly and understanding that it was my first time using an automatic car wash. I’m claustrophobic, so I’ve managed to avoid them thanks to my late husband and the old-school self-wash places. Today was the first time, and I did it thanks to Ruby and Aaron's encouragement! My car sparkles clean, thanks to them!
Professional, friendly, and very helpful service! They came around and made sure everything went smoothly. You have the choice to do a monthly car wash here, but I chose a one-time wash and received a 50% off coupon for my next car wash. The wash left my car sparkling clean and almost completely dry, so minimal need to dry off with my microfiber towels. The powerful vacuums are long handled and can reach pretty far. Staff looked happy and smiling from the time I pulled up. This place is always a joy to go to not too mention my SUV comes out looking great. The tire gloss isn't the best at covering the whole tire at times but I'm happy with it. The employees follow my car through almost every time I've been here to make sure the wash is acceptable and they even spark conversation while I'm vacuuming my vehicle. I cannot express the level of satisfaction. Keep up the great work.
Good wash for the money. Updated 6/27/24: I had to update this review. I wish I could give them six stars.. I’ve not ever been to a car wash where they actually give you a window cleaner and towels to dry it. The Customer service here is beyond phenomenal and the wash is excellent. I drive out of my way to go to this car wash.
