Let me preface this review with the fact that I had been using this wash for a while for a few vehicles. My first few experiences were just fine. Workers were accommodating and while the wash is expensive it wasn't bad. A couple of days ago I ran into something that for sure will make sure I NEVER go back again. Obviously stated is that car washes usually remove liability for any broken items like antennas wipers/ mirrors so I understand that things can happens. I had a great experience overall at the car wash. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. I also really appreciated the high-pressure vacuum and the unlimited dry towels — both made the process smooth and efficient. I went with the Gold wash, and while most of the car was cleaned well, I was a bit disappointed that all four rims didn’t come out as clean as I’d hoped. Maybe that’s a limitation of the Gold package — I’ll try the Platinum wash next time and see if it does a better job on the rims. Still, a solid experie... read more
Very clean and spacious. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable about products and services. Oscar explained everything in detail (No Pun Intended). Welcome to the neighborhood Had to update. I returned back to the car wash months later and received the same top notch service. Larry was very thorough. Thanks to him, I’ll be purchasing a membership!
Took my son car that was sitting to this car wash and purchased $27 membership for unlimited washes. Ran my car thru the wash twice and the owner LARRY said I can’t do that and if I wanted to cancel my membership. Very unprofessional service by an OWNER not an employee. I will be reaching out the better business bureau. Definitely not the one.
Where do I start? This wash is absolutely beautiful and well ran. Larry the owner is amazing and always makes sure everything is looking perfect and always out with a huge smile out in the lot. Big team player! All the other employees working here are just as awesome as well, and always make you feel super welcomed.
