I recently visited wash city and my experience was far from satisfactory. While the car wash itself seemed decent, my joy quickly turned into frustration when I discovered a nail lodged in one of my tires shortly after leaving. Which was most likely from the tire shiner. Paid $20 for the “City Lights” package. Older car…. Driving over Lake Jesup for work. Didn’t get all the bugs off. Not happy or mad. Just an easy review. If your car isn’t in bad shape, like mine, it maybe worth it. Give it a try…
I used to have a membership on Caliber and barely had any soap on a basic car wash also the vacuum was barely powerful. I came to this place today for the first time and paid for basic car wash just to give it a try. I had a lot of soap on the basic car wash, machines were working excellent and the vacuums fits in every corner of my car and are so powerful. I’m canceling my membership on Caliber and getting a membership here. It’s so worth it!
I am so upset at myself getting a car wash for my new car here. The car paint was chipped after the car wash. I talked to the manager but she claimed that those were there before we entered the tunnel. I brushed the car before entered the tunnel so I know those were there. She just did not care at all. I tried the free wash when they first opened and my car came out shiny. Staff is very friendly and the wash is great! The amenities are amazing. I am able to use the prep stations to pre scrub the hard to get spots, fill up my washer fluid and put air in my tires, as well as use the vacuums and towels on the inside of my car!
