Wanna do the update cause it never happen to me at this place….. my rings got dirty so I ask for the manager and one Venezuelan curly hair told me it’s him I told him what’s happen he never say sorry he told me that I can pass my car again and he check my trip but he never ask me again if my ring got solved and anything. Best automatic car wash I’ve ever been to. The Vacuums are very strong. The automatic car wash does an amazing job. Even with the tire shine!!! The amenities provided are on point! Great Customer Service! As long it’s kept like this, I will continue to be a member. Thanks.

I recently visited wash city and my experience was far from satisfactory. While the car wash itself seemed decent, my joy quickly turned into frustration when I discovered a nail lodged in one of my tires shortly after leaving. Which was most likely from the tire shiner. The chance of this happening was ofcourse 1 in a 100 but I was highly disappointed. It’s incredibly disappointing to think that a simple car wash could lead to such a costly and inconvenient issue. Love this car wash. There’s a prep station to clean the bugs off the front of your car before going through the tunnel and then everything you need to clean the inside at the vacuum stations. This location isn’t busy at all and kept really clean and stocked.
