Moved here a year ago been to several local car washes. Always drive by here and today I stopped with a desperately dirty truck. I was impressed by the guy who helped me at gate and also like that they have someone guide u into the wash. (Some.places like Tommy's let u drive up sometimes on ur own and having a truck always makes me nervous I will bump a mirror or wheel) so that was nice to have. The energetic happy guy greeted me in the beginning and explained the process. I paid and continued on. Then there was a younger male who didn't speak just used his paddle. Now I didn't follow instructions because I skimmed the paddle. He had such a repulsive attitude he didn't bother explaining. He acted as if I was bothering him on his paid per hour job. Zero stars, $15 car wash will now cost me +$500 to fix. Stay far away from this place if you value your car. I will never support any of their locations. Take my advice and you will thank me later. Update: Msnagement reached out and informed me, it was most likely the blower from the video they viewed. Since it did not fall off in the car wash, they can not reimburse anything . Ditch the other car washes. This one is it. Sooooooo happy with the wash and service here!! I have a membership now :) lots of cool cleaning tools and great vacuums.
Expensive, but definitely the best wash in Orlando. Cars stay clean for quite a while, even after sitting in the rain. Rarely have I had to wait for a bay to vacuum and dry my car and there are always clean towels available. The staff does an amazing job here.
