Went today and met the manager Josh. He was very attentive and professional. He offered to direct me to having the personnel to hand pressure wash my Weather tech mats. Then to end my experience…he thanked me for my business and handed me deodorant air freshener. Great car wash and excellent top service!
Love this place. It’s always so nicely kept and my car always comes out super clean. I enjoy the extras they include (spray and rags) for after to do any touch ups needed inside and out. Everyone there is pretty friendly.
I have been a member since the new owners took over 38301, the only issue I have is the fact that it doesn’t clean the front or back as good as it did in the beginning. I have used other washers and the best ones have a pre-wash area too scrub these areas prior to the automatic washing. I feel this would put you above all other washers in Jackson.
Good wash.. but the first brush on the left has been down for about two months. When are you going to fix it? Shouldn't have to clean the bugs off the left side of the front end manually.
It was my first time visiting this car customer service was great. So much laughter and fun i had with the staff the environment was so welcoming. A+ experience
