After being a car wash member here for a few months and having a great experience, we decided to try out their detailing services. I couldn’t be happier with the results! Our car was in desperate need of a good clean and refresh. We had dog hair stuck to our seats that we couldn’t make a dent on with a shop vac at home and had high hopes this would be the solution. Our expectations were exceeded! Not a single hair left behind. Super thorough cleaning and polishing. It feels better than new. Thank you so much!
I love the simplicity of being able to just run my truck through the wash with the monthly membership. Most days I just fly through here for an exterior wash. Saturday mornings I have the time to essentially detail my truck myself. It takes me maybe 10 or 15 min and my truck is clean inside and out! Also, I highly recommend their detail packages. Good car wash and good location. I only gave it 4 stars because I wish the attendants there would actually help spray or brush your car down. I've shown up with a really dirty truck with two attendants there who's only efforts are to direct me on the track and push a button. This means that all the dirt from my truck is getting picked up by the cloth brushes which could potentially scratch other cars. Would be great to see the attendants actually do something to at least help rinse down the cars.
I took my GMC Yukon Denali to True Clean in Evergreen because of pine tree sap spraying all over my car exterior. Rachel and team took great care to examine and recommend the best sap removal option at the best value. As a result of this care and service I decided to have my car fully detailed inside, out and rims, including an exterior 6-year ceramic coating. The results were fantastic. I have been a member of their top level monthly Subscription Service since they opened. So nice to be able to just swing in whenever needed and get the Truck nice and clean. Been very happy with their service and attention to detail. Don’t recall ever finding any of the cleaning fluids empty or the towels not well stocked. Thanks for providing a great (and needed) service to our mountain community!
