The website says that the only way to cancel the monthly membership is online or in person; however there is no place online to cancel and I cannot go in person since I no longer live in Virginia. I called several times and finally was able to get a guy on the phone who said he would pass along my information to the manager. It has now been several days without any word. I have tried to call 9 times now and no one ever answers the phone or calls back.

They don't tape down your rear wiper like all reputable car washes do. This carwash snapped our rear wiper completely off.
