Horrible Wash. Or should I say Horrible Rinse. I was told they are trying NEW Chemicals. Absolutely EMBARRASSING for this place. Now I get to go home and wash my truck after spending $20+. Not to mention, i got stuck inside because their conveyor was acting up.

Observed a man in business attire, hand scrubbing a dirty truck...I'll be civil, rear-end. I rarely give five starz to ANY business. This one really believez in beautiful America. Domo Arigato, even if they weren't "hiring".
I am so glad that The Wave car Wash is finally out here in spanaway it was much needed Gavin deserves a round of applause he's a great asset to the company his customer service skills are superior and pretty much so as everybody else's but Gavin you get thumbs up today buddy you want your car coming out sparkly clean you're at the right wash.
