Overall, good wash. It is aggressive enough to fold mirrors (Kia) but not aggressive enough to get all the bug guts off. They do have a sign that says if you are not 100% happy, they will run it through again. It's doesn't miss the center license plate area like most that's a huge + . It's at the upper end of the cost. I think it was $14-24. I went in the middle at $18. I'll try the highest next time to see if bug guts are removed. This car wash is horrible.
I paid for an ultimate car wash and during the wash I noted that the sides of my car weren’t even being touched by the brushes in the wash, and my car was just as dirty as it was before. You could still see the fingerprints on the chrome around the windows. The employee also agreed with this and offered to wash it again, but refused to issue a refund. I will never use The Wave Car Wash again. I'll be canceling my subscription. Went through the Spanaway car wash today. Went straight to Walmart and when I got out my license plate was pulled away from the vehicle and I had scratches all over the front of my car. Avoid this car wash!! Do not use them.
Visited this car wash on 7/19 to detail my car and had an amazing experience! I would definitely recommend this place! The manager, I believe his name was Joey was very helpful and attentive to the customers that were there! He walks around the lot and sees if you need anything and on a hot day, even gave me a bottle of water! It's hard to find good customer service like that these days and I will definitely be going back here! Thank you Joey and staff you're doing an! awesome job and we appreciate it!
I have an SUV & it always doesn’t get completely cleaned towards the back & wheels. They have a policy that if you are not happy with your wash to drive back through. I didn’t want to “picky” but there was enough that was still dirty that I went back through. The employees spent close to 10 mins cleaning the areas that needed it enough that after I went back through (getting the same type of wash I originally purchased) it was a lot cleaner then the first time.
