Great customer service. My SUV was real dirty from winter driving. Ezara, Garyn, and Sean were very friendly, took good care of my vehicle and my SUV was super clean after!

I’ve always come to this location of The Wave Car Wash not only for the convenience of it being close to my house but also the customer service. I decided to join the Wave Club since I’m always coming to get a car wash. I got helped by Joseph to activate my club account and he was so friendly as well as efficient when it came to his customer service.
I will never use The Wave Car Wash again. I'll be canceling my subscription. Went through the Spanaway car wash today. Went straight to Walmart and when I got out my license plate was pulled away from the vehicle and I had scratches all over the front of my car. Avoid this car wash!! Do not use them.
Omg! Keanu is the best, he is caring, kind, helpful and an all-around does a good job. He made me feel so good to come get my car wash there I recommend this place just because he's, there and they do a wonderful job on your car as well. Wonderful experience he needs a raise.
