So, it started when I went through the car wash 1 time. Paid for a silver wash. Came out of the other side and there were still bugs on the windshield and wet bird poop on the grill. So, I proceeded to pull through again only to find that the workers were holding me up. They called their manager (I believe the shop manager) and he proceeded to argue with me and tell me that I paid for a “1 time car wash” and that I should not be able to go through again. I would like to say this is the best carwash around. The shine last all week. They have all of the needed items to make you vehicle clean, inside and out.
Jb customer service was amazing. I left it. He was so sweet and nice and kind. I would most definitely refer everyone to come there, and I will most definitely be coming back again
Car wash was nice and kept up well so far (no trash noted and the tools were still in good used condition). The client service was fine. I did ask upon arrival if the towels were in the blue buckets or if I had to get them from a station first, to which I was dismissively answered “uh-huh”. Cons: There were no towels in the blue buckets and I checked 3 of them next to me to be sure. They only had one side of the vacuum stations open (which was full at the time). I have enjoyed the convenience of this nice car wash in Heartland. I would usually have to travel to another city to clean our vehicles. TD1 - I appreciate your assistance, and guidance and also how respectful you were keep up the awesome work! Texas Pride is always neat, organized with a friendly atmosphere. Owner/management - you have some awesome employees, I hope that they are appreciated. I highly recommend for others to stop by!
