Just paid for a wash and it says hand dry, and I watched eight cars in my rearview mirror as they got dried and never dried a single car door or rear end of the car. When I pulled up I asked the man taking my money why are we paying for hand dry if you're only drying the top part of the car. He said my boss said to drive from the door handles up to safe time. I've been going there since I moved to the area 2 years ago. About 6 months or so ago, they started just drying the windows and hood, not the whole car. 3 times now by the time I get home the water has dried and the dirt is still on my car. They use to do a really good job but not so much lately.
This place is amazing. Very friendly staff. Josh and Ken are the best!! Nice equipment, with a hand dry! Thanks for an awesome wash!
