Was not impressed with your service at all as came in with a fairly dirty car with bird poop right on front bumper and under it. Figured I'd pay 20 bucks for one wash and try to get it good. Nope, your attendants barely pre washed my car not even touching the big bird poop spot in front, ending in a 21 dollar car wash because I left a tip with the same bird poop on the front that I came in with. I have two mvp memberships for my two vechicles. Lately I have been disappointed in the last three washes back bumpers are not clean and the windshield is still dirty when I’m done. I didn’t say anything the first two times but if this is the new normal I’ll have to re evaluate my memberships.
We have a 2500 HD Truck, traveling on vacation ran into a ton of bugs. The staff did a fabulous job scrubbing the front on the truck and windshield. Thank you so much!
I paid for a bug scrub and they did absolutely nothing. These kids do nothing over there. They gave me a free wash. I went back and I still had to get out of my truck and tell them to do a better job. They are just lazy so I suggest if you need a bug scrub, get out and watch.
Car wash was fine. However the workers were on their apple watches/phones. One short young girl with silverish hair was yelling & cussing at me and giving dirty looks because my car was rolling forward at like .01mph. The attitude was insane. Hope they work on that.
