Car Paint Chipped I paid for the tornado wash today and in the middle of the car wash, my car was stuck. No I did not touch the wheel and the car stayed in neutral. I went on FaceTime with a friend to show her how insane the situation is. We saw the poor worker man trying his hardest to pull the emergency lever to shut it off, but it took over 5 minutes before the car was no longer operating. Do not use!!! I own a 2023 BMW that I typically hand wash, as it’s my first major purchase, and I take great pride in it. One particularly hot day this summer, I decided to take it through "Speedy Pete's" car wash. In the past, when I’ve taken my other vehicles there, I’ve always asked them to disable the tire shine feature, even if I didn't purchase it, to avoid any issues. Bigger, better, faster, cheaper, newer, and friendlier! This wash is way better than “the other wash”. My car smells nice afterwards. The other wash leaves it smelling like sewer. I asked a the manager at Rocktfast why my car stinks, he said it was because they used “reclaimed water”. That’s gross! Speedy Pete’s has great vacuums as well. They’re a lot stronger! I’ll definitely be back.
You’re not leaving me any way to communicate with you outside of me leaving multiple one star reviews. I think my point was stated clearly in my first review and you’re proving it. Very nice “brush” car wash. Among the amenities are bug free brushes before your car goes into the bay. $14 gets you a decent wash. $9 gets you the very basic wash. Strong suction vacuums remind you of a true “throat goat”. Stop by if your ride is dirty, 5 stars!
