Attention Management team. I have been a customer since you opened and I have noticed the steady decline of cleanliness and maintenance of your facility. Many of your vacuum hose are damaged. Vacuum nozzles falling off the hose. The vacuum power is gone. Cleanliness throughout the area has fallen on the wayside. Lastly, the blower is too strong. I have the subscription and been coming once a week to both locations for over a year. Sometimes I have to go back 2-3x to get bugs off my car. Also they have not EVER hit my back windshield wirh their mop to the back of my Tacoma. Today I couldn't see at all out of my rear windows when trying to leave for work in the morning.
