🤬🤬😡😡SNAPPY CAR WASH ON COLONIAL AND WINKLER AVE IS THE WORST CAR WASH I HAVE EVER BEEN TO!!! DO NOT GO HERE!!! ATROCIOUS CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! I have the subscription and been coming once a week to both locations for over a year. Sometimes I have to go back 2-3x to get bugs off my car. Also they have not EVER hit my back windshield wirh their mop to the back of my Tacoma. Today I couldn't see at all out of my rear windows when trying to leave for work in the morning.

I have their monthly plan. But unfortunately, the chamois at the end of the car wash never lowers for my vehicle. I went through again and I informed the staff what had happened. A young lady today March 3 assisted me by lowering the chamois spiner manually. But it did not hardly even touch my vehicle. I’m not sure what’s going on with the chamois spinner but it needs to be corrected ASAP. Update 3/26/23 this car wash continues to have issues. The blowers are not working this morning.
