I just wanted to give a huge thank you to the two gentlemen working the automatic carwash entrance on Sunday, May 17, 2026 at around 11:45am. I always try to give them a couple extra bucks and this time I thought I was just giving them some singles, but it turned out that my dumb_ _ _ gave them my whole bundle... over $70. I visited Snappy Car Wash in December and had and issue which has still not been resolved. I ask the attendant if I should remove my antenna and he said “Don’t worry about it.” Against my better judgment, I left the antenna in tack. I replaced the antenna and drove back to Snappy to alert the manager so that he could ask his employees not to say “Don’t worry about it” to his customers. First and last time using this business. Difficult to get tire into automatic track. The whole process goes much too fast. Not enough time spent scrubbing. My tires were still dirty, as was my back windshield. For a $12 wash, which included tires being cleaned, I expected a better clean.

I like this car wash and the location. I like that there are a couple of employees that actually scrub a little bit the outside. What I do not like it that when I go to the vaccum side, every time a few machines are down and I have to move the car and figure out which one is working. I understand that machines can go down all the time...My suggestion would be to schedule the crew to check a few times a day for the ones that are down and place a cone so the customers are not playing musical chairs with the vaccums.
