I’ve been a customer there since buying my 2024 Toyota Tundra and have had no issues. Until today. The wash ripped off the outside plastic cover of the passenger mirror. Got hold of the manager, showed him and filed a claim but he told me basically good luck, especially with a Tundra. He said they have 13 complaints with mirrors, all from Tundras. They’ll get back to me in 72 hours but he said you’re going to get denied. Not the end of the world I admit, I have the cover on and holding but it’s damaged and doesn’t fit right.... read more
I paid for the 22.00 wash and my windshield didn’t even get cleaned and one side of my car barely got cleaned. The car before me they were pre washing but the didn’t prewash mine.
