Worst car wash and customer service I’ve ever experienced. If I could give zero stars I would. Would not recommend to anyone. I went through this car wash and now have damage to the paint on my car. Deep scratches and chunks of paint missing on my passenger side. Filed a claim with them but they will not take any fault and say they cannot access camera footage to check after he told me he reviewed camera footage already. We had a free coupon to try out this car wash so decided to give it a shot. Car wash is decent, maybe better than some other ones but there were no clean towels. The car still had alot of wet areas but I didnt want to use the used towels so I had to leave my car wet. All in all decent wash but not a one where i would do a membership.
I'm new to the area and my car was ridiculously dirty. This place looked ok and reviews were positive. I can add to those positive reviews as this car wash was great. I got the $20 wash and after the car ran through the tunnel it looked really good. Much better than I expected. There are many vacuums there and they even have microfiber clothes to use (not to keep) and window cleaning solution there which worked very well in getting the schmutz off the inside of my windshield. I'll be back!
Tried it for the first time after getting a free car wash. The staff was really kind and attentive they truly made this experience five stars. 100% recommend!
Amazing place!! Washed my car left it spotless clean. They have amazing deals, they have a variety of services for only paying a one time regular car wash or if you do get the memberships you can use their towels, window cleaners, vacuums Matt cleaners and amazing workers!
