I've been through on 2 occasions, I didn't do the top tier wash but for $12 I expect the dirt to be off my car. Both times either an upright brush or a sprayer or both were not functioning leaving a nice looking "Zebra stripe" effect on my car. For a carwash less than 5 years old it's pretty disappointing to see. 2 stars because the wait time is short but I will not waste my time or money a third time.

What kind of car "wash" leaves whole sections of your car without being touched by water? $12 and your car, especially the rear is left with dirt everywhere! On top of it the "dryer" barely does anything. Absolutely a total waste of money. Looking at multiple reviews with the same complaints and the ridiculous response from the business that states $12 doesn't actually result in your car being washed or dried, super bad business model to follow. Listen to your customers!

For my brother-in-law and sister-in-law. Very poor. Did not clean vehicle (Jeep which had a wheel in back was “our problem”.) When went to ask for another cleaning, they said for $10! There are many other better choices. Local but will not be going back.

Went here 6/20/22 and purchased the platinum car wash with the extra $2 bug prep. Came out of the car wash to still have bugs all over my car and soap still. Didn’t look like it cleaned my car at all. Vacuums were okay. Definitely wouldn’t spend the money

I’ve tried this place a couple times now and it’s not worth the money. Every time my car leaves nearly just as dirty but wet. Very disappointing. I mentioned it after the first wash to the attendant and they shrugged me off, even though I paid for the highest one with big removal. It did nothing. I tried it again because maybe it was a fluke, nope just as bad! Save yourself the hassle and go to another car wash.
