The only reason this place got 1 star is that zero stars won’t register. It has been over a year and this establish will not pay for the damage done to my vehicle while on vacation. They admit it was their fault and do not care. Although the manager was pleasant in conversation and the employee on the premises took responsibility for the error, in ripping my roof rack off, they ultimately cannot do anything. Best car wash in town. Always open. Helpful employees (always available). For a city that can get muddy and dusty fast-- its the place to go!!
Had to go through the wash 2 times and it still did not do very good. Had damage to the car and they had every excuse they could think of to make it so it was not there car wash. Said they would get back to me and did not. I had to contact them and like when I was there more excuses. The employees are not great and do not do any extra. Would not recommend for the price. There is other car wash places in town with clean employees and nicer place of business.
DO NOT GO HERE UNLESS YOU’RE OKAY WITH DAMAGE!!! Took my truck in for a well needed wash on a beautiful evening February 22, 2025 - mid wash I heard a loud crack/bang like a piece of plastic broke or the machine hit something very hard. When we got out of that section, we looked at the side mirrors and they were pushed back. We pulled up to the vacuums to check and noticed that my passenger side mirror frame was cracked open and the turn signal light panel was pushed inside the mirror frame. Staff here are friendly and helpful. We bought a pickup truck and needed to check the height. Two of the workers helped guide us under the bar. Then got our membership transfered easily. Membership is a good value and our vehicles are well cleaned each time.
