I went to both the South and North locations on 4-29-2025. I didn't notice but the South location barely cleaned my truck. I had used a free premium token but was only given a basic wash. Within 15 minutes, I noticed that my pickup was not clean at ALL and went to the Haines location. The manager Jason became rude and questioned if I had even gotten a car wash. The only reason this place got 1 star is that zero stars won’t register. It has been over a year and this establish will not pay for the damage done to my vehicle while on vacation. They admit it was their fault and do not care. Although the manager was pleasant in conversation and the employee on the premises took responsibility for the error, in ripping my roof rack off, they ultimately cannot do anything. Josh was the hero in this experience. When I pointed out that my car hadn’t been rinsed before the brushes started grinding dust into the pain, he took immediate ownership. No hesitation, no excuses. He offered a full rewash and made sure I left with a clean car and a better impression. His professionalism and commitment to service stood out. Best car wash in town. Always open. Helpful employees (always available). For a city that can get muddy and dusty fast-- its the place to go!!
Fold in your sideview mirrors before the wash!!! Lost a cover which i replaced for about $30 and never got it back even though I saw it fly off in the tunnel. Workers dont really care about your car but besides that anything except the basic cleans your car and don't go too much as you'll get scratches on your car.
