I went to both the South and North locations on 4-29-2025. I didn't notice but the South location barely cleaned my truck. I had used a free premium token but was only given a basic wash. Within 15 minutes, I noticed that my pickup was not clean at ALL and went to the Haines location. The manager Jason became rude and questioned if I had even gotten a car wash. The only reason this place got 1 star is that zero stars won’t register. It has been over a year and this establish will not pay for the damage done to my vehicle while on vacation. They admit it was their fault and do not care. Although the manager was pleasant in conversation and the employee on the premises took responsibility for the error, in ripping my roof rack off, they ultimately cannot do anything. For 20 dollars it didn't take the bird crap off my hood. Went back though and it still didnt take if off. For 20 dollars I am extremely disappointed. And there floor matt cleaner machine just floods your feet as there drain is clogged. Do not recommend.

AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST!! DON'T WASH YOUR CAR HERE! I went through the wash bought the top package. Still had some bugs on the front so I wen to Alex and asked if they could let me through again to remove the bugs. Alex with his snotty attitude was terrible! Alex said you got what you're gonna get and we ain't doin no rewash for those little bugs on the front of your car. I asked to speak to his manager and Alex said he was the manager. My car was damaged by the top brush and the business had me fill out a form and they took pictures of the damage. I was promised someone would call me back and try and make it right, but nobody did. Instead all I get is attitude now when I go through the car wash. I had to fix the damage myself and pay to renew my membership after the fact. This car wash is ran extremely poorly and attitude is all I really get from this place.
