I have enjoyed coming to radiant car wash for over two years now. Willard Boyd, an employee of one and a half years provided excellent service as he expedited a second free wash after my explanation of bug season. I was so worried I had to come home to clean it myself. Thank you Willard!
I like this place enough to join it with monthly payments. Very reasonable. They provide great vacuum, microfiber towels to dry doorkams and whatever else, also bottle of spray glass cleaner is available. Great place to get your vehicle washed.
We have the monthly subscription and our cars are ALLWAYS clean and shiny. I can wash my truck every day if I wanted to. Monthly subscription is so worthy, it pays itself!!
I recently canceled my service because I no longer live nearby, but when I was a customer, the staff was always friendly and helpful, clearly explaining the process. The facility was well-equipped with plenty of clean towels, sprays, vacuums, and even a pre-wash station for added convenience. Canceling service was very easy you go online to the website put in your tag member and a little bit of information and they let you know what’s going to stop.
I’m on the Bright Plan ($35/month) at Radiant Express Auburndale, and every visit leaves my car still wet after the dryers. At first, I thought it was a dryer issue, but when I asked one of the employees, they explained that only higher-tier plans include a full dry. Something that was never mentioned when I signed up.
