We have the monthly subscription and our cars are ALLWAYS clean and shiny. I can wash my truck every day if I wanted to. Monthly subscription is so worthy, it pays itself!!

Will not be going back . I purchased a brilliant wash for 25$ the prep person completely neglected to spray the front of my car because he was talking and not paying attention . Also did not give me a freshener. He proceeded to spray the back of my truck once he realized my car was passing him. Upon exiting the wash I informed him my front did not come clean even though I purchased the second most expensive wash. We had our two trucks washed at different times once in May at Express Car Wash in Auburndale, FL. We told the attendant that we did not want to participate in a special. Unknowingly over a six-month period they had charged our bank account twice each month for $37.45 from May 14th - October 16th. In September 2024 I needed to cancel my membership due to having surgery and it was going to be a long time before I was able to use the services. I called every day for a week, no answer. I went to their website and there is a form you can fill out to cancel your membership, so I filled out the form and received an email confirming my membership would be canceled. For $20 you can pre-wash your own vehicle. Drive thru a sub par automated wash then dry and vaccum your car by hand. My 2018 explorer rear was still dirty once thru the wash. Spend $10 more and let someone else do all the work.
