We have the monthly subscription and our cars are ALLWAYS clean and shiny. I can wash my truck every day if I wanted to. Monthly subscription is so worthy, it pays itself!!
Will not be going back . I purchased a brilliant wash for 25$ the prep person completely neglected to spray the front of my car because he was talking and not paying attention . Also did not give me a freshener. He proceeded to spray the back of my truck once he realized my car was passing him. Upon exiting the wash I informed him my front did not come clean even though I purchased the second most expensive wash. Do not give these people your card information. I used my card one time for a special they were running where you get 2 months of service for the price of one and they continually charged my card. Went to the location to have it stopped and they're policy is that you have to get your bank to fight it and you cannot talk to anyone in charge or that has power to do anything. Cleaning services are decent though customer service when needed is abysmal.
Payed for “radiant wash + Brilliant wash” for 2023 4 door pick up and tail gate looked like it wasn’t even touched had to clean it after I vacuumed out truck. Glad I didn’t join their monthly program!!
Pulled in, and was a bit unsure of the car wash and just how everything works...Daniel introduced himself and was amazing ! Great spirit informative and reassuring!! Then the after wash area was stocked with everything to make my car clean ! Thank you Daniel I am a Radiant Car wash forever customer now !!
