I love this car wash. It is the Publix to Winn Dixie and the Target to Walmart. Prices are comparable to others around. I’m always offered an air freshener. If I ever experience an issue staff is quick to resolve it.The customer service is above all others I have experienced. I would like to recognize the young lady that stands at the pay station and sometimes directs me into the wash. She always has a smile and friendly demeanor! Really makes my day! I hope she has a great day!
Love this place. I have always washed my own car. I was in a hurry and stopped in. I was not expecting much. $18 did just about everything. And i was able to use the sprayer and vacuum. I was so impressed, I now have a monthly membership for all my vehicles. This is saving me all kinds of time. Highly recommend.
I wish I didn't have to give a star at all.... This has got to be one of the WORST car washes in Hernando County. The people here are so rude, disrespectful, and un helpful. The manager of the joint Joe is his name I believe is NEVER THERE and NEVER returns phone calls! There used to be a really nice young man there I believe his name was Kevin and he always helped now I haven't seen him and everyone else there is just unhappy and rude. This is the worst carwash establishment I have ever been too? What happened to all the good management and team members that were here? Why has it went from a friendly place to just another regular carwash like take 5??? And the prices are ridiculous something is always broken or not working.... Maybe radiant should worry more about the employees and less about how much money they can make from the carwash locations considering they are going down hill fast....
Such an awesome and accommodating crew! I made it out of work late but desperately needed a wash. They were putting out the cones by the time I made it, the wash was shut down, but they turned it back on and still let me run through- they could have easily said no. Thank you for your kindness and for accommodating us last minute.
