I love this car wash. It is the Publix to Winn Dixie and the Target to Walmart. Prices are comparable to others around. I’m always offered an air freshener. If I ever experience an issue staff is quick to resolve it.The customer service is above all others I have experienced. I would like to recognize the young lady that stands at the pay station and sometimes directs me into the wash. She always has a smile and friendly demeanor! Really makes my day! I hope she has a great day!

I am new to the area undecided to check it out I came a couple times and it was great. Until today , the little girl directing my vehicle into the car wash was extreamly disrespectful with her facial expressions so i rolled my window down to ask if i had done anything, as she stated "no your fine" waited for me to roll my window back up and continued with her unprofessional attidude spraying my windsheild for 2 seconds and not any other part of my car with what i can knly discribe as a stink face . Great deal for the month $25 unlimited car wash 2nd wash from the best. I go every 2 days. Keep my truck clean. Staff always gives u free smelly good hangers in 3 different scents. Its a no brainer, you wash you car once and you already paid for a month. Just get the deal. Because its guaranteed your going to wash your car atleast twice a month. Plus vacuums always work. Clean towels and window cleaner. Also a place to wash your rubber weather tech mats.

Went through right when they opened at 0730. I pulled into a parking spot and saw my fuel door open and the door was gone. I told the attendant who radioed the manager and he said he’d go through the tunnel and find it. I tried to put it on and it won’t go back on. I got the manager again and he said he’d try. The actual arm mechanism is bent and so it won’t go back on right and as soon as you close the door it falls right off. The manager filed a claim and said I should know something in 5 days. I used the car wash about 3 times on my brand new 2023 vehicle. When I got home I noticed my drivers side hubcap was filthy and crazy scratched up. All 4 hubcaps were filthy. Never again. The picture was taken after I wiped off most of the dirt.
