With no doubt, the best car wash in town. The place is kept clean. The vacuums all have high powered suction. They have glass cleaner and wipes available for use. They offer free air fresheners. The staff is always friendly. I really have no complaints. It’s a car wash, done right.
I love this car wash. It is the Publix to Winn Dixie and the Target to Walmart. Prices are comparable to others around. I’m always offered an air freshener. If I ever experience an issue staff is quick to resolve it.The customer service is above all others I have experienced. I would like to recognize the young lady that stands at the pay station and sometimes directs me into the wash. She always has a smile and friendly demeanor! Really makes my day! I hope she has a great day!
Radiant express car wash is one of the best car washes around town ! The crew is awesome and Manger Joe answered all my questions and helped me feel comfortable going into the car wash I love how they have the promotion a glass cleaner a towels an offer free air fresheners.
So I’m a black woman with a brand new 2025 Kia Sportage I went to radiant car wash in Brooksville where I was watched how many of their towels I use how much did I spray of their car wash the man actually stood there while I was cleaning my car to make sure I didn’t take any of their towels. I never felt so humiliated and yet I paid you $20 for a car wash if you’re black don’t go back.
Went through right when they opened at 0730. I pulled into a parking spot and saw my fuel door open and the door was gone. I told the attendant who radioed the manager and he said he’d go through the tunnel and find it. I tried to put it on and it won’t go back on. I got the manager again and he said he’d try. The actual arm mechanism is bent and so it won’t go back on right and as soon as you close the door it falls right off. The manager filed a claim and said I should know something in 5 days.
