I have been a member at Radiant since they opened and have had wonderful experiences ever since. Today was an exceptional experience that I felt I needed to share! My car would not start after the cleaning, and without hesitation, Chris came to help me try to jump my battery! Not only did he try with the box I had, he brought out their personal box AND also got help from the oil change place next door! I am so thankful for his trouble shooting assistance! Chris deserves to be recognized for going above and beyond!
Let’s start with this car wash is always amazing and the employees are always so welcoming and friendly! I’ve never had a bad experience with them! But today in particular they went above and beyond! Especially Chris! I got a flat tire leaving the car wash and Chris took time out of his busy day to make sure their car wash wasn’t the problem so no one else’s cars got harmed and then he came over and helped me put the spare on my car! $15 is a bit steep for a basic wash. I feel that the staff should pre-spray both sides of the vehicle and do the pre-wash for us due to the price and line. But the staff is great, vacuums are AMAZING and love the complementary drying towels.
Absolutely Terrible Experience – Avoid at All Costs I’ve had two awful experiences at this car wash, and both times the management took zero accountability. First incident: I went through the wash and came out with gum plastered all over the right side of my car. I know for a fact it wasn’t there before. I purchased a car wash package for $26 a month back in the spring of 2025. Unfortunately, had a car accident and couldn’t use the package any longer. I checked my account and noticed the 26 had nearly doubled to $48. Called Zephyrhills location and spoke with “Chris” who agreed to refund me the latest pending charge in light of my accident & inability to use the car wash at all.
