The quality of the car wash itself is great. It is the accountability of the staff that has earned them a one star review. Accidentally their team member broke off my antenna. I have been completely patient with this company consider considering this is now happened over a week ago. I made my report with the acting manager the time of incident and was informed that the general manager would call me the following day. My advice: BEWARE Took my car for a wash in November. Was told I could get unlimited washes in November for less than $17. Great! I took my car in one more time in November of 2024. My credit card was charged $16 in January of 2025. Ok. It seemed a bit late for the November washes, but… I was out of the country for much of January and February. Have never really been impressed with this place, but today was the last straw. An $18 car wash did very little. I was able to wipe away dirt with my finger afterwards.
This is hands down the worse car wash i have ever used! There was still dirt all over my car and it looked like the back hadn't been touched at all. They removed my antenna and never put it back on. I didn't notice all the dort until I got home because I'm disabled and can't just jump in and out of my car like others. I immediately called and spoke to Justin the manager. This is the best Carwash I’ve ever used! My 2016 Honda Pilot is Pearl Metallic Black. Even though I detail my car to keep it waxed. It never quite ever showed the metallic pearl until I went to Radiant Car wash and joined. The first time I ran it through I was amazed at how the metallic black pearl reappeared! No swirls or water marks! I now use it often and use my own Maguire Products for additional protection. I highly recommend this car wash.
