Let’s start with this car wash is always amazing and the employees are always so welcoming and friendly! I’ve never had a bad experience with them! But today in particular they went above and beyond! Especially Chris! I got a flat tire leaving the car wash and Chris took time out of his busy day to make sure their car wash wasn’t the problem so no one else’s cars got harmed and then he came over and helped me put the spare on my car! I purchased a car wash package for $26 a month back in the spring of 2025. Unfortunately, had a car accident and couldn’t use the package any longer. I checked my account and noticed the 26 had nearly doubled to $48. Called Zephyrhills location and spoke with “Chris” who agreed to refund me the latest pending charge in light of my accident & inability to use the car wash at all. The quality of the car wash itself is great. It is the accountability of the staff that has earned them a one star review. Accidentally their team member broke off my antenna. I have been completely patient with this company consider considering this is now happened over a week ago. I made my report with the acting manager the time of incident and was informed that the general manager would call me the following day. Today was the last straw. Canceling my wash here. I’ve been going here since they opened. Throughout the years I’ve had rather minor issues and some annoying issues like the brushes that buff being missing for quite some time. It’s fixed now but never made them an issue. This is the best Carwash I’ve ever used! My 2016 Honda Pilot is Pearl Metallic Black. Even though I detail my car to keep it waxed. It never quite ever showed the metallic pearl until I went to Radiant Car wash and joined. The first time I ran it through I was amazed at how the metallic black pearl reappeared!
