I purchased a car wash package for $26 a month back in the spring of 2025. Unfortunately, had a car accident and couldn’t use the package any longer. I checked my account and noticed the 26 had nearly doubled to $48. Called Zephyrhills location and spoke with “Chris” who agreed to refund me the latest pending charge in light of my accident & inability to use the car wash at all. My advice: BEWARE Took my car for a wash in November. Was told I could get unlimited washes in November for less than $17. Great! I took my car in one more time in November of 2024. My credit card was charged $16 in January of 2025. Ok. It seemed a bit late for the November washes, but… I was out of the country for much of January and February. The quality of the car wash itself is great. It is the accountability of the staff that has earned them a one star review. Accidentally their team member broke off my antenna. I have been completely patient with this company consider considering this is now happened over a week ago. I made my report with the acting manager the time of incident and was informed that the general manager would call me the following day. Have never really been impressed with this place, but today was the last straw. An $18 car wash did very little. I was able to wipe away dirt with my finger afterwards.
This is the best Carwash I’ve ever used! My 2016 Honda Pilot is Pearl Metallic Black. Even though I detail my car to keep it waxed. It never quite ever showed the metallic pearl until I went to Radiant Car wash and joined. The first time I ran it through I was amazed at how the metallic black pearl reappeared! No swirls or water marks! I now use it often and use my own Maguire Products for additional protection. I highly recommend this car wash.
