My husband and I brought our car to Radiant to see if we wanted to buy a membership. We purchased a touch less basic car wash . We just had our car ceramic coated therefore we did. It want the brushes to touch our car. It left our car dirty and completely streaked with dirt.. We said something to Toby. He was rude immediately and said you chose basic and that’s why. After using Radiant Express Land o’ Lakes for several months, my car emerged from a recent car wash covered in scratches all along the drivers’ side. I emailed Radiant Express immediately with photos, but several days went by with no response. After about a week, I contacted them again and finally received a call back from Toby, whom I assume must be the manager. My car was damaged in the car wash. The chrome on the side was ripped off. (The damage isn’t actually the low rating. I went back up there to report the damage. Because I called numerous times but no never answered. I was basically told by the assistant manager that no one was going to do anything. Pretended to take a report. No one ever got in touch with me. Luckily the damage was minor. I would stay away!! Faulty car wash and unprofessional management Car washes are everywhere.

Not the first one to be lied to by Toby! Had damage to our car and told to get quotes to get lit fixed. Sent them multiple quotes and told they would pay to have the damage fixed and after months of no calls or replies to emails we still haven't gotten anywhere with them. DO NOT LET THEM LIE TO YOU AND DON'T LET THEM DAMAGE YOUR VEHICLE!!!! Going to have to sue them because they refuse to do what they said and take care of the damage. I will continue to post reviews to warn others of the way they treat their customers.

Nice place, very friendly employees, can get a car wash as low as $10, or a monthly membership starting at $25 per month for unlimited washes. Nothing bad to say, glad it’s near my house.
