2nd year with them. I have compared them to other washes in the area. Radiant has been very accommodating. The car wash that went in where K-Mart was, offered a free wash for about 3 months before opening. It went out of date before the even opened. Can't do business with operators like that!

Great place. We have used woodies and Jammin and the price here is much cheaper when you have multiple cars. The wash itself is just as good if not better and the folks that work here are always very pleasant. Glad we tried it out and are happy customers now.

I went to this car wash Thursday evening around 6:40 PM. I was having a hard time putting my car tire in the slot to then put into neutral when I was yelled at by the gentleman who was directing the car wash I rolled down my window and he yelled and said “do you not know how to follow directions? Do you want your tires popped?” I asked him who he thought he was talking to like that, and he just started laughing and smirking and told me “good luck if your tire pops” and I was horrified. I signed up $15 for the first three months. First time through it broke my windshield wiper and cracked my windshield. The guy I first talked to said it happens to fords and after getting ignored for a week I had to go up to find the manager who then tells me they don’t cover anything after the first kid I talked to told me they would make it right. I got a text the next day saying the rate was going up. This place is a joke. Don’t get a membership. Toby the manager is an ahole too

Definitely canceling membership after both cars got damaged at this place and they lie to avoid responsibility. Be aware the cars get stuck inside while washing and hit each other. Keep your cars save people go to other place.
