I just happened to be in the Odessa area and spotted Radiant Car Wash. My car was extremely dirty, so I decided to get it washed. I was greeted by Mike, who was extremely kind and helpful. He explained the different options and packages. Great customer service! My car looked immaculate inside and out. Will definitely be back. Highly recommend Radiant in Odessa. 5-stars!

First time at Radiant. I was out driving to the grocery store and decided to pull into the car wash. I was greeted by a nice guy who explained all the different washes and free services they have. Another guy approached me in the vacuum areas and asked me how I liked the wash. Think he said his name Mike. I definitely will be back. I was treated so well and they are professional here and my car looks great! Thanks Radiant!

I went to this car wash with my son over the weekend. We met an AMAZING guy named Miles and he was so polite and sweet and told us all about what was included with our wash! He even asked the manager to let me bring my car out and back in because I had missed the area to clean the bugs pre-wash, I thought that was very nice! We took a while washing our 2 vehicles and it was very hot out, both the manager and Miles came out to ask if we needed water or anything, the manager was also very polite. I had an amazing experience at Radiant Wash! I accidentally locked my keys and phone in my car, and the manager and staff went above and beyond to help me. They were incredibly kind, patient, and quick to step in when I really needed assistance. It’s rare to find that level of genuine care these days. I’m so grateful for their help and highly recommend Radiant Wash to anyone looking for excellent service!

The service at this car wash is excellent! They have a new deal for $15 a month for your first 3 months unlimited once a day! The vacuum suction was pretty good but I couldn’t get the pet hair out of my seats too much. The cloths and window cleaner they provide also do a great job and staff actively come asking if you need help with anything! Every time I leave satisfied especially where the gate notices your license plate automatically so you don’t have to check in with staff every time.
