I brought my brand new car to Raceway Elgin for an indoor hand wash to wash off some of the salt and paid $50 plus a $20 tip. Unfortunately, when I got home and looked at the hood under the lights, I noticed fresh scratches that were not there beforehand. I chose a “hand wash” specifically to avoid this kind of damage, so this was really disappointing. I took my Lexus RX450hL for a hand car wash, both exterior and interior. They did a great job cleaning the outside – the paint looks shiny and smooth, and all the dust and dirt are gone. The wheels and tires are also spotless. Inside, they vacuumed very well and cleaned all the surfaces. The seats, dashboard, and windows look fresh and neat. Overall, I’m happy with the service – my car looks and feels like new.

Wonderful place to have your car washed and clean on the inside. Not too many places like this around! Reasonable price also, the city area is clean. The employees are very pleasant. I highly recommend washing your car here on a Saturday morning.!

I normally come in for a quick wash, but this time I needed a deeper interior clean and tried the “Express In & Out” service. Great price and super convenient, especially with this cold! Will definitely keep coming back.

Good cleaning, they did more for the outside than in.. like they ran the vacuum over it once and looks like they used the same towels for all the cars. Smudges all inside.
