I want to give a five star review to Personal Pitstop Express on West Hillsborough! And a personal review for two staff members, first Nabrian for really getting me to not turn around, there are no scrub tubs stations upon arrival and he helped until they became available (the scrub tubs, really make it or break it for some customers) and he got into job mode and made sure i was taken care of with the big marks and good upselling to sign up for the podium wash. I had a great experience at this car wash today thanks to Nabrian who helped us out! Even though everything’s mostly automated, he went out of his way to walk us through how it works and made sure we chose the right wash for our car. He was friendly, patient, and clearly cared about making sure customers leave happy. The whole process was quick, easy, and the car came out spotless. Excellent service — it’s always nice to see someone take pride in what they do!

Great new carwash. This team is really approachable, friendly and they are always willing to help. They provide towels, multi purpose cleaner amd glass cleaner. The vacuum area is roomy as well. Thanks to Sean or Shawn for helping me clean my wheels today.
Nabrian was very courteous and attentive when I experienced a couple of issues outside of his control. I hope the owner is aware they've got a great one! He turned a not so great situation into a pleasant one with his top tier customer service. Because of this I look forward to continuing business here as my car really enjoyed the wash too 🤩
