Shoutout to the guy who drives the white Camry and works here. I stopped by a few days ago for a simple car wash. At first, I was a bit annoyed when he tried to sell me a monthly plan. I told him straight up, "I’m cheap, I just want the basic wash." That’s when he suggested signing up for their text messages to get a free high-tier car wash. First time coming here. 4pm, Dec 28 2024 1) signed up for online first time free wash, twice. Never got an email or notification. Went ahead and paid for a basic wash. 2) Attendant was rude when I pulled up to the automated wash, yelling angrily and dramatically showing exasperation and condescension. System is new to many and communication unclear. 3) Free vacuums advertised. None were active. Attendant claimed they didn't run vacuums in the rain. I have monthly subscription for this carwash. It was great the first month or two. The attendant would actually took time to brush the tail gate. I was very impressed these people actually take time to prewash every vehicle. The months went on and that care to prewash is now non existent. My tailgate does not get scrubbed unless I request them to do it. I should not have to request this to be done and it's only a quick swipe which leaves more streaks. Gerardo went above and beyond during my visit to PC carwash. They paid incredible attention to detail, cleaned areas I didn’t expect, and even helped with a small issue I hadn’t noticed. Their dedication and exceptional service truly stood out. Highly recommend.
