The staff has never been rude, and the wash itself is decent, but I hope ownership sees this because situations like this can cost loyal customers. I had been a monthly wash club member for a while, even after the price increased from $20 to $25, and paid every month. One month, I changed debit cards, so the payment bounced without me realizing it. I have only had my car a month and it’s brand new. I ran it through papa bears and noticed scratches on the front of my vehicle so I went and got a manager to look at it. He proceeded to tell me that it was not their car wash bc the scratches were inconsistent with the way the brushes spin. I canceled my membership immediately. After having a bad experience I returned to the Wade Hampton Greenville store to discuss what could be done to remove the tire shine from a previous wash. Cassidy was on duty and addressed my concerns . She listened, understood, and responded in a polite and professional way. My issue was resolved. Papa Bear Car wash is fortunate to have someone of her Calibur representing the company.
They say it takes a village… this places Rocks!!! From the lady that asked me what I would like to have done today, and the lady taking my payment for my car wash . They were so nice and so friendly. Thank you for been Greenville finest place to get your car washed. You guys are amazing. They get busy so come early and make sure you tip well. They do am amazing job.
