I have only had my car a month and it’s brand new. I ran it through papa bears and noticed scratches on the front of my vehicle so I went and got a manager to look at it. He proceeded to tell me that it was not their car wash bc the scratches were inconsistent with the way the brushes spin. I canceled my membership immediately. I had a lady come over to me after hearing what was happening and said the very same thing happened to her and the manager had shrugged it off. I tried Papa Bear car Wash when it first opened and I've never been anywhere else ever since! I immediately signed up for a monthly subscription and I tell everyone about how great they are! I never have to "touch up" or "clean up after" them after going through the car wash- your car comes out completely spotless!! As it should be!! I have a positive experience every time I go to Papa Bear, but today was above and beyond. I accidentally locked my keys and phone in my car when finishing up and the staff went out of their way to try and help me get my car unlocked. I am so thankful for their time and efforts!
First timer here! Came in today for $15 wash and vacuum. I was surprised to see so many stations to clean! Mat cleaner, mat beater, spray cleaner and so much more! You really get your moneys worth here and the people are friendly. Some car stations are covered too which is great in the summer heat. I’ll be back!
