This place has slowly gone down hill since they opened. When they first opened it was great. The past couple of times I've gone through the tire shine hasn't worked. This last time was the last straw for me. I talked with a manager that escalated the situation and words were exchanged, he called me a bully 😂 and more words were exchanged. When I'm calm, just talking to you about your bad service there is no need to call me a bully.
I’ve been a loyal customer to this spot since before they became papa bears, but remained a customer yesterday while washing my car with no other cars around me and on the other side away from the building one of the employees I believe to be, the manager decided to come out and tell me that I was playing my music too loud and it was disturbing him in his office.
