Very nice car wash. A little more expensive than their competitors all up and down Wade Hampton Blvd. I was a frequent patron of the former full service car wash that was there before PB and I had not used PB services before. I liked the service! Very thorough car wash! Lots and lots of amenities like a spay gun for the windows....another spray gun of "all purpose cleaner" which i used! Good vacuums. Overall I felt i paid more here but they do give you something better for your money! It is definitely worth the money!
The staff has never been rude, and the wash itself is decent, but I hope ownership sees this because situations like this can cost loyal customers. I had been a monthly wash club member for a while, even after the price increased from $20 to $25, and paid every month. One month, I changed debit cards, so the payment bounced without me realizing it. I love this this company and use my membership a couple of times a week and have been using them for.more than 6 months...soo very worth every penny of the package deals,my Suv looks amazing,and the employees are always smiling,respectful and kind everytime I come thru even first thing in the morning.i get alot of compliments on how beautiful my ride looks and i tell them exactly where to go...Everyone working at the Wade Hampton Road Greenville SC location puts a smile on my face every time...Yall got my 5 stars all day lo... read more
I have only had my car a month and it’s brand new. I ran it through papa bears and noticed scratches on the front of my vehicle so I went and got a manager to look at it. He proceeded to tell me that it was not their car wash bc the scratches were inconsistent with the way the brushes spin. I canceled my membership immediately. I had a lady come over to me after hearing what was happening and said the very same thing happened to her and the manager had shrugged it off. Best general car cleaning place around. I prefer the Wade Hampton location as its bigger. I feel like its fair. The App needs a little boost. Overall, very happy.
