They were busy, but it did not take long to go through. Papa Bears is probably the better car wash in our area, but it still could improve. The guy brushing the back of the car before you go through the carwash appeared to be doing a halfway job on cars ahead of us. He should also be spraying the car before brushing. The other thing I believe they could improve on is the blowers at the end of the carwash. It tends to leave water droplets on our windshield as you can see in one of the videos. Such a great car wash. The attendants are quite friendly and attentive. The car wash was good, but the kicker is the after car wash amenities. Every station is stocked with plenty of rags, and it's lovely having both glass cleaner and multipurpose cleaner. The vacuums are in good working order with great suction. There are car mat cleaners for both your carpet and rubber mats. I am definitely impressed and will return.

Really excellent car wash, professional young people working. Their vacuums to use after you wash are really powerful, and they also have floor mat washers. The price you pay for a single wash is about the same as a monthly wash as many times you like price. So do that for sure.

Great experience, starting with excellent, attention-to-detail during the pre-wash by Trinity and Kylie today! Always great service with smiles and complete pre-wash before an excellent full wash and wax. We are members and use the membership to the fullest. I highly recommend looking at the cost of membership if you even go once or twice a month. Met the owners when we signed up; this is a high-quality Upstate local small business that you should consider supporting!

I would like to tell you how disrespectful you are. Just when you were closing, I forgot my mats from my vehicle in the mat cleaning area. I come back the next day and they just tell me that someone stole them. It seems to me a lack of respect and ethics from you. They didn't give me any kind of solution. Yesterday when I left I only saw one of your workers and I know that you close at 8 and at that time I left.
