Iwent to Papa Bear Car Wash in Easley on 8/24/25 and my vehicle was damaged during the wash the manager took picture and promise to help When I called to follow up, manager told me that my car was old reason of the damage. (Don’t wash car from 2017 then) I told them to cancel my membrrship and still charge me this month

My car wash was great and I was getting ready to put mats back in when my dog locked me out of the car. Kevin was great and used his tools to unlock it for me. They where all very friendly and helpful

I love having unlimited access. The service is great and even when crowded the wait is not long. My vehicle comes out looking good, and there are a lot of stalls for touch up and vacuuming.

My Wife went to Papa Bear Car Wash in Easley on 6/4/2025, and our vehicle was damaged during the wash. The protective guards weren’t installed before our car went through. The wash was briefly stopped several times, but instead of fixing the issue, it was restarted—causing completely preventable damage. When I called to follow up, I was put on mute and ignored. Tried to do a one time wash and was told that they have a “special today” where if you pay for a one time wash, you can get free wash of the same value for free for a month. Absolutely no mention that it would be a recurring charge after that. Just got charged out of nowhere and they will not refund. Employees there are just trying to scam you so their commission is higher. Would not recommend going here unless you are wanting a membership; even then I would probably steer clear.
