I’ve been a member at the highest level for a few months now. Every time it’s easy, fast and pleasant. Definitely worth the price point. My most recent trip, while cleaning the inside of the car I noticed my tire was flat. I went to advise a team member and the manager kindly came out and jacked up my car and put my dummy on, and helped me to stay calm-refusing payment I offered! We’ll definitely be lifetime customers! Thank you, sir!!
Great car wash. Very happy with the results and amenities that they have. They have rags with cleaner spray, vacuum, and mat cleaners. Very happy customer. James was always eager to help. Just passing through town or else I would consider a monthly package.
I have requested my Membership be cancelled, and twice my card has been charged April 15th my card was charged again. I washed my car on April 10th and was charged for the wash so I assumed it was taken care of. Nope, this seems like CC fraud.
when you go through car wash and the blower at the end blowing so hard it peels the rubber seal out from the top of my car.It was hanging outside the passenger window and I drove up to the little office and 2 people a female and male came out and I begin telling what happened and the guy started pushing the broken rubber into a track on top of car.No apologies or anything . My first trip to Papa Bear Car Wash during the grand opening was a $5 car wash. A very nice upgrade on the previous car wash. They are not responsible for damage or loss of anything that comes off of your vehicle. My first drive thru, it knocked a cover off of my luggage rack. I did go back and report it, and asked if they found the part to contact me, they didn’t. The first $5 car wash ended up costing me $35, because I had to order the part off of Amazon.
