I’ve been a member at the highest level for a few months now. Every time it’s easy, fast and pleasant. Definitely worth the price point. My most recent trip, while cleaning the inside of the car I noticed my tire was flat. I went to advise a team member and the manager kindly came out and jacked up my car and put my dummy on, and helped me to stay calm-refusing payment I offered! We’ll definitely be lifetime customers! Thank you, sir!!
It's a great car wash. Different vacuum attachments to get in tight spots. Glass and multi purpose cleaner. Lots of clean towels. GREAT monthly fees, but I got a message saying it's going up $5. The only complaint is that the tire shine on lower profile tires gets on the your rims. So you need to wipe them every time. So no in and out unless you have black rims.
So on the plus side the vacuums are good, very powerful like them!!! And they have a compressed air blower, all purpose cleaner, glass cleaner at the stations after the wash. Why its a 3 star... been here 2x now. First time I got the cheapest option, today I got the most expensive option. And I saw no difference between the 2. None. I stopped by this carwash as it was on my way to Home Depot. Upon turning in, I discovered the drive paths are incredibly narrow and difficult for larger vehicles to navigate. I select my wash and enter the machine. I get almost to the end when I notice a large, a seemingly pointless, bumper on passenger side of the truck. The moving car carrier runs so close to it, that it smacked my passenger mirror closed, breaking it to several pieces. I was excited about signing up and using Papa Bear’s Car Wash today. But, within 30 minutes of signing up, I went from super excited to extremely disappointed. When cleaning and detailing my car, I realized that there was a giant gash in my black powder coated rim. All in all, my car looks good, but I am afraid to go back.
