Just came out of this car wash and soap is still on my car and the back of my car is scratched everywhere! Do NOT go there!

I went to the car wash for first and last time ever on 11/27/2022. 22.00 for a car wash and it still dirty is one thing but the wash ripping my deck lid panel off is a whole different level! I cannot even put the part back on! I’ve called and emailed to nobody getting back to me! I work hard for my car and this is not acceptable! I will not return and I will spread the word
I went last Sunday to get my SUV washed, came home and noticed my antenna fin (factory) was missing so I called and sure enough it had broken off in the car wash so I went to pick it up. It actually was broken by their car wash. I left my name and number to which nobody called me until Tuesday after me demanding someone call me back. Finally Shane calls to tell me they don’t repair anything on any vehicle if they break it while getting your car washed, factory or non factory parts. Very subpar, didn’t clean my car. Will not return. Had better experiences with gas station car washes.

Subpar wash. Went with a friend whose rims got damaged and the wash wasn’t that good. Paid for the highest package. Got out the car wash and her windows were streaky.

DRIVERS BEWARE! I had a horrible experience here! My first wash was subpar, but I decided to come back because I got talked into getting the $10 unlimited washes for a month. The 2nd time I got my car washed, I left with multiple scratches on my rims. The owner claims I can’t prove his car wash damaged my rims so he refuses to help and made a condescending statement saying “Well, what do you want me to do? Write a check?
