Went through a second time hoping the tire shin would blacken the tires like it used to, but it had to be done by hand. They said nobody except me complained. It still doesn’t make the tires shine when we go through. $20 should make the tires black like it used to. Service was $20 run through. The tires are the most important to have a clean looking car.

I really do like this car wash. I do wish the vacuum hoses were just a bit longer. I have a midsize suv and cannot reach the back to vacuum.

Washed my car yesterday. I have a SUV and when it came out the rear windshield washer arm, blade and cap had been ripped off by the car wash. I filled out a report and was told the owner would call that day or next to discuss what to do. Well l, two days later I'm still waiting. I tried to call but the number isn't attended and there is no way to leave a message. Update: Got a call from the owner and they did reimburse me for the damage.

Paid 20 bucks for tire shine and hot wax, neither one worked. When I got through drying my truck off I noticed the tire rims weren't even clean! The guy said to go through again, what??!! I say I'll go somewhere else next time definitely not worth 20 bucks!! Now that I am really looking at it it's not clean at all near the running boards either. I wish there was a place to post pictures on here.

The hanging things they use are saturated with dirt and they place small scratches all over your car. After years of using them, I noticed it had ruined my paint on the car. Be aware of car washes with these items that dirt particles can stick to and scratch yours up.
