Since I came to this car wash for the first time, Brayden took care of me, a very good person and honestly he has become a new friend I like how this car wash, its equipment serves very well
I know it's fairly new. But the owner has been in successful car detailing business a long time. It's a locally owned business, and that matters. The workers are friendly but most of all HELPFUL. They maintain their equipment to give you the finest service. My car is always clean after the wash, which hasn't been the case in similar washes around town. I have been to many car washes over my 72 years but I have never received the customer service like I experienced today at Mission Express Wash in Cottondale. I was greeted by Tyler who explained all of the car wash options and thanked me for choosing Mission Express Wash to have my car washed. After the wash , at the vacuum area, he came by to ask me if there was anything he could do for me. I said yes, need to check tire pressure as my dashboard indicated low air. I LOVE THIS PLACE! They have been trying to get me to buy a monthly plan since they opened but I am not by enough. BUT BUT BUT ….. today I totally changed my mind and the ONLY reason I got the BEST plan was because of a young man named TYLER!!! He went above and beyond out of his way to help me!! Great car wash. Locally owned, so customer service matters to them. Vacuums are powerful. If some are down, they mark them so you don’t waste time pulling into a spot. Good space to pre-treat your car, easy entry and exit to the business. I highly recommend. They’re not only trying to make money, they are circulating that money and good will through the community because the owners actually live here.
