This car was is amazing! The owners are amazing! Everyone there is incredibly friendly. They make you feel like you’re a part of the family. The car wash does an impeccable job of cleaning your vehicle, while not damaging it, like some others in town do. They can even adjust your wash to what you need for your vehicle. I have a 2025 vehicle, and I feel perfectly safe, taking my car through this wash. They maintain and check it daily. This is a locally owned business, which we should all be supporting. THE VERY BEST CAR WASH IN TUSCALOOSA! As a small business owner, I love supporting locally owned businesses over corporate or chains. The staff is always super nice and intentional, especially Justin! My car always shines for days after a wash. I 100% recommend Mission Express Wash!
Awesome service. Employees went out of their way to ensure I had an amazing experience, and everything I needed to properly clean my vehicle. Literally every worker thanked me for my military service. I felt welcomed and appreciated. They have my business for life. Thank you for doing an amazing job.
Tyler Hinton the employee at this car wash is so dedicated to his employer he saw sap on my car. He hand scrubbed the big spots off and he was the only employee on duty. Best car wash experience I ever had my car looks excellent . And I can't say enough about having excellent employees and customer service this place is great I definitely recommend it all the employees are friendly here and truly know the meaning of customer service unlike you see so often these days
We began our membership on opening weekend and have loved it ever since! It’s nice to have a business where the owners/partners are invested in the community. They offer fundraising opportunities for local organizations in support of our community. The facility is nice and the wash is always excellent along with vacuum self service. Love the shiny tires!
