AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS. I brought my car in for a wash and left with damage. They were quick to deny responsibility, claiming they don’t replace after market parts even though I’ve been through that exact wash with that exact car dozens of times and never had a problem. They obviously don’t bother to train their employees correctly or stand by their work. They made it apparent that they care more about pushing cars through than doing right by their customers. Went to get our car washed 8/24/25 around 9am. The two techs noticed the crusted bugs on the front of the car, & took extra care to clean & scrub to get them off. Really appreciate the extra effort they took, great customer service!
If you’re looking to sustain some damage to your car after it’s washed, then Magic Tunnel is the place to go. $9,000 of damage to be exact. Their employees did not follow their own policy, damaged my car and my personal property, and then tried to weasel their way out of paying to repair it. I would urge anyone I know to NEVER TAKE YOUR CAR HERE. To openly admit your employees messed up then refuse to make it right is a baffling business model. I took my truck through the car wash. It did a nice job. The free vacuuming is nice.
The people are so nice and helpful. I love the unlimited car wash deals.
