We went through the car wash today. We did have a broken mirror but we assured them that we wouldn’t worry if it broke more. We also understand his point of possible liability and people complaining and damaging their reputation, & had he turned us away, that would been fine with us as well, because he is protecting himself of any liability and negative reviews from customers.
