I had a terrible experience at this location. My car is new, with under 3,000 miles. Before entering the wash, I asked an employee if my thin antenna would be safe or if I should remove it, and I was told it would be fine. Even then I even instructed another employee to remove the antenna before doing ANYTHING. but high-pressure water was sprayed directly on it, breaking it. Sorry for the bad review but this place needs a lot of improvements. If you genuinely care about the look of your car, don't go here at the moment. The majority of the dirt was taken off my roof and hood, but surprisingly new dirt ended up being added to the bottom of my car. Bugs and some sap were on my front bumper and hood. Didn't get all the dirt off my rims either. Washed the car myself when I got home and bugs came out with light pressure, should have been easy to remove with the pressure washer. Nice place but don't expect more than you pay for even if you tip. My rear rims were really dirty due to bad breaks that I recently replaced. I tipped the guys $10 and asked if they could get the back rims really good. They did not put in any extra effort. The car and front rims came out clean but my back rims were still Brown and filthy. I ended up going to the self-service Bay down the road and did it myself. Waste of a $10 tip.
This place is great. Everyone is so friendly and helpful. They let me go thru twice to get off bird poop that stuck around after the first wash. Stop in and get cleaned up. Thank me later. Oh and the vacuuming is free!
This place is great! The staff are all very friendly, helpful, and professional. I’m very happy with the way my three vehicles turn out when I go there for a wash. I can’t think of one bad experience. Thank you Go Green!
