I had a terrible experience at Glaze Car Wash. During the wash, my windshield wiper was completely broken off—and this wasn’t an old, flimsy wiper. It’s a thick metal wiper on a two-year-old vehicle that was just serviced at the dealership a week ago, with no reported issues. I immediately reported the damage to an employee, who informed me that the manager, Brandie Wilson, was not on-site and wouldn’t be available for several hours.
