I recently visited this car wash and was extremely disappointed with the payment process. It seems unnecessarily complicated and inconvenient. Here are a few issues I encountered: No Quarters Accepted: The car wash no longer accepts quarters, which used to be a simple and straightforward way to pay. I'm always satisfied with this car wash today I was a little disappointed with the air dryer in the bays ... had to pay and start two of them before finding one that I liked most of them are kinda broken at the attachment so it doesn't really blow the air when trying to dry your car. I ended up just drying it myself with towels
It is Saturday October 12th I am at the hockersville road Hershey location. I did the self wash the second one to the left of the automatic car wash I used cash. I put $10. 2 five dollar bills in there is absolutely no soap I spent $10 trying to wash my car and my car is still filthy my car was only dirty from the rain that has been happening it wasn't like greasy or dirty like I spent $10 in my car is still not clean I am furious right now. I want a refund and I want somebody to contact me
Car wash is just pressured water with extremely poor drying. The windows aren’t cleaned properly and no drying at all. You’d drive out with water still all around. I used regular wash option and it’s was useless. Then I used vacuum which showed $3 for 5 mins but I was charged $10. I highly recommend to never use this car wash! Despite I was given $15 for first wash, I will never use this or suggest anyone to get car wash here, even if it’s free.
The procedure is simple, you pay first and then wait for your turn. For basic service, it costs 13$ and take few minutes for wash only, with soap and water. The basic doesn't offer air for drying, so you have to pay additional dollar/per minute of air or you can just drive. It will be dry anyway. Other two kind of services cost 15-19$ for more than basic and premium service which includes pressure cleaning, air drying and many more, takes longer time also.
